DENT DOCTOR

My son was very pleased. They took care of it very quickly and he was very satisfied with them. It was a lot less inexpensive than other body shops.

They did an excellent job. I do not know how they fixed but it looks like it just came off the lot. The paint of the car is very hard to match and they did it with out messing with the paint. Would use them any time.

I stopped in to get an estimate in the morning, came back on my lunch break (although they were more than willing to do right then!) and they were done in less than an hour. Great job!

No appointment was needed. I was told that it would take 90 minutes, instead it was more than two hours, even though I was the first car in at that time. However, I was told afterward that my car make takes longer to repair.

The Dent Doctor was the closest repair shop I knew of, so I dropped in one day and received a quote within 15-20 minutes. They told me to fax it to my insurance and then call back to set up a time. I called back within a couple of days and arranged a day to drop off my car. DD informed me of a rental car agency that would deliver and pickup a car to the DD. They said the repairs would take 3-4 days, but I had my car back within 24 hours and it looks great. I was very satisfied.

They did a great job in correcting my dent issues and were very honest about the solution. Since what they did was so minor, I did not get charged. However, once my care requires more work at some point, I will be sure to use them.

I was able to schedule the work the day after I decided to use Dent Doctor. The work was started as scheduled and completed in the estimated time while I waited. I had the opportunity to see the repaired area and comment before the car was brought outside to me. The work met my expectations. If it had not been satisfactory I had a quote in hand for repainting the complete fender. I saved over $900.00 compared to a quote from a traditional body shop which I had used before for a more complex repair and whose work and quality I trusted. Dent Doctor offers a viable cost effective solution for certain types of auto body work.

They did a good job and got everything done in about two hours.

Overall it went very well. I love the way the car looks without the dings. The price was very reasonable, in fact lower than I expected. Received an extra 10% off due to my Nationwide Insurance employment. I was able to have the work done during my lunch time, so I didn't have to greatly interrupt my day.

Had large dent in fender of my car and thought it was too big for this process. After looking at the dent I was told they could fix it while I waited, approximately one hour. They finished on time and there is no way to tell there had ever been a dent in the fender. Wonderful work and would use again if needed.

I stopped in for an estimate on a cold winter day and promptly got stuck in the snow on the lot. After getting a very prompt and reasonable estimate for the repair of the car door, the young man dug the car out of the snow and I was on my way. I dropped the car off about 10 days later and picked up several hours later; it took a little longer then predicted. In any event, I was not entirely satisfied with the results so I returned a couple of days later and Mr. Katabi kindly said they would work on it some more. Later that afternoon, I picked up the car and the appearance was noticeably improved and satisfied me, saving me a more expensive repair job. I appreciated the concern about minimizing the cost of the repair.

Our car was damaged by hail. We went to three different hail repair companies they told us the car was damaged beyond paintless repair. They suggested to us go to a regular body shop. We contacted our insurance company they highly recommended to go to Dent Doctor. We got an estimate from Dent Doctor, it got approved by my insurance company instantly, and we scheduled the repair. The car was finished two days ahead of schedule. I was amazed how well the job was done. It was just perfect. They were very pleasant to deal with, extremely honest, and professional. They saved my car. I would highly recommend them.

Rep inspected the vehicle and gave a $4200 estimate to repair (hail damage) and scheduled an appointment (7 weeks later). After delivering vehicle for repair, rep called to inform me that it would require $5200 to repair damage. Because State Farm had already given me a check to complete the work, the repair shop was unable to get additional funds directly from the insurance company, then called to inform me of additional expense. I refused claiming he should complete the job for his original estimate, which he refused to do.

Got a dent on our vehicle is not pleasant, but deal with Dent Doctor is great. The price is very reasonable, and the work they've done is like magic. Perfect!

The car looked great when we picked it up however it still had one major dent on the side. We complained and the gentleman fixed the final dent immediately. He said that they had already removed the number of dents they had promised but he would do it anyway. When you take your car for removing dents-Make sure to mark and count them. The wax and shine lasted about 1 week and now the car is back to a faded burgandy color again. I expected the wax to hold up better but with the heat and sun. Maybe not.

They were perfect right down the line.

Excellent! The staff was very professional and was able to accommodate me immediately. The finished product was also very good. They advised me to have the scratch touched up versus repainting the whole front of the car and were honest in saying it wouldn't be perfect, but to repaint the whole front of the car would take away the original finish.

$650.00 for the dent and $125.00 for the key scratch. With the dent, they fixed it probably to 95% of what it was and the key damage was about 75%. We're happy with the results. Our other estimate was $2300. For the dent and they needed the car for 2 weeks. These guys did it in a day.

The person with whom I worked was professional and responsive. He told me what they could and could not do. That is, the dents on the right rear fender would be like new but the mar on the left front would still be seen because the paint had been scraped off to the metal. True to his word, the right rear was perfect and the left front was better, but not perfect. The work was done in an hour.

Ammar did excellent work and was eager to complete the job in a timely fashion, was also quite courteous. Sondra phoned me promptly in regard to various aspects of the job.

Ammar was very friendly, courteous and honest about my different options, that I took a friend there on Friday. I have since heard from three friends that have had dealings with the Dent Doctor how pleased they are too, all happy with the price too.(lower than most body shops or dealers).

I had a positive experience with the Dent Doctor: they were polite, prompt, reasonable in price, and eager to please. They also exhibited common sense in decisions that had to be made regarding whether to repair or replace damaged items. They were also able to do the repairs in less than 2 hours, whereas 2 other places wanted to keep the vehicle for at least 3 days. They also were several hundred dollars less than these other 2 places. In addition, they even provided free coffee and donuts the morning I was there!

I WENT IN FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY QUOTED A PRICE AND SAID THEY COULD DO IT THE SAME DAY. THEY EVEN TOOK ME HOME. THE JOB LOOKS GOOD AND I AM VERY SATISFIED TO HAVE IT DONE.
