THEY NEVER DID ANY WORK FOR ME. THEY WOULD NOT TRAVEL TO MY HOME BECAUSE OF THE DISTANCE

These guys were awesome! Put the garage door down on the hitch to my truck and bent the frame. Called in the morning and had service guys here wishing 4 hours. They were super friendly and repaired the frame. Oiled up my door to stop it from squeaking and showed me where to do it myself going forward.

Mark and Billy diagnosed the problem, replaced a malfunctioning circuit board, reprogrammed the remotes and greased the transmission on the opener in less than twenty minutes. They were very professional. We mentioned that we were Angie's list members and Mark gave us a $10.00 discount as Angie's list members.

Has worked since the repair was done; however, just doesn't operate quite right. The door is a lot noisier than prior to the repair, with loud popping noise, related to the new spring. Not enough to get someone out to recheck it, since it still works; but a little disappointing nevertheless. We are starting to have issues 16 months after the repair with the garage door not opening or closing completely. We'll probably call another company for further maintenance.

They worked out great. I forgot the name of the person that came to service our garage door but he was very professional and knowledgeable. We have an older LiftMaster garage opener and the wiring was a little wore out. He was able to fix the wiring, changed the rollers, fixed the safety eyes and reprogrammed our garage opener and the car garage opener. We are very happy with the service and would differently use Deluxe Door Systems again.

I had a few bad experiences over the years before discovering Deluxe Garage Doors. They replaced my garage door for a few hundred less than the lowest bid at the time, then a few years later replaced my garage door opener. They are friendly and efficient, and don't try to overcharge or oversell. I have had only good experiences from them, if only calling with a question or needing a quick repair. I have recommended them to a few neighbors and they both reported a similar excellent experience.

I just got retired this month and one of the chores I needed to concentrate on first are things that needed to be fixed at home, like my garage door. It would go up but would NOT come down by itself. I thought it needed a tune up. However, the unit never had had tune up ever since we owned our newly built 14-year- old house. I had doubts whether Tune Up alone would actually work. Honestly, I’d like to save money. But I’m not a handyman and I get easily convinced by repair people to buy a new one anyway. So in order to be stress-free, and since I’ve been Angie’s List customer, I went ahead, albeit hesitantly, purchased one New Garage Door Opener Installation on 8/18/2016, for $349.00 from provider Deluxe Door Systems. Inc. This company has good reviews on Angie’s List. In my purchase decision, I factored this in heavily. Today, Friday, August 26, two gentlemen - Mark and Billy - from the Deluxe Door Systems, Inc. on an agreed upon date, arrived at my place. Right from the very start, they already showed professionalism and acted very courteously. I told them the problem (Garage Door wouldn’t come down by itself) and then, I noticed Billy moved a bag of fertilizer covering the sensor eyes (“safety eyes”?) out of the way. Long story short, that was the cause of the problem. Without the bag blocking the sensor eyes, my garage door came down. I felt so extremely embarrassed. But they assured me that this happened all the time, almost every day in their line of work, to so many people, now including me. Embarrassment disappeared and they gave me my “dignity” back. And best of all, they assured me that I didn’t need a new Garage Door Opener after all. They even agreed with me that I should request from Angie’s List for my $349 refund. Since they were already here, I asked them to evaluate my current unit which they did, and assured me again nothing was wrong with it (after they sprayed WD-40 on the nuts and bolts and even replaced battery on keypad). I offered to pay $100 instead of $75.00, their tune-up rate. Mark politely refused to take in the extra $25.00. Wow! It is so admirable that Angie’s List deals business with companies, especially this one - DeLuxe Door Systems, Inc, whose business aim, I’m sure, is not only to fully satisfy the customers but also to carry on an emblem of honesty, dignity, and the Golden Rule. Without taking advantage of the situation - like what many “20/20" repairmen had done - Mark and Billy embellished on and extended the business life of their company as they created a “touch down” of Goodwill today for me. Because of this, the end result is predictable. I will surely refer this company to my relatives and friends. I also hope this review creates a big impact to readers and potential customers of DeLuxe Door Systems. Inc. To this company and especially to Mark and Billy, thank you so much! You are both very professional. My wife and I really appreciate your making our day! On another note, I also called Angie’s List today for my full refund and explained the whole situation but was informed by “Matt” - after consultation - that a certain department will call me back tomorrow, Saturday, 8/27/16, to address the issue. I hope there’s no problem.

It was absolutely wonderful. The guys were nice, knowledgeable and the work was done quickly. They showed me how to operate everything and what not to do as well. They were very professional, worked well together and didn't try to sell me anything else.

Great. My husband thought maybe it was time for a new opener within an hour of the repair. When the repairman came he had an opener with him. He installed it. It had some features that we had not had on the old opener. He was very patient teaching me how to program the system. The opener has been working great.

Repair went extremely well. We had damaged the top of our third-car garage door; rather than trying to get me to buy a whole new section of door or completely new door, he replaced a bent piece of metal and strengthened and reinforced the area that had gotten damaged. The repair took minimal time, and the garage door works good as new. Very prompt, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

The instillation was fine and the opener worked great. We ended up having a problem with it and contacted the company, they came out and fixed the issue at no cost. I like that they stand behind their work and I would defiantly hire them again.

OUR OLD GARAGE DOOR OPENER'S LIGHT WOULD NOT COME ON, NO MATTER WHAT WE DID OR HAD FIXED. ALSO, WE WANTED A BATTERY BACKUP IN IT IN CASE POWER WENT OUT. I CALLED ON A FRIDAY. THE GENTLEMAN TOLD ME THE COST, AMD THE NEXT WEEK HE CAME AND INSTALLED IT. THE MAN WAS VERY NICE, AND HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING DURING THE PROCEDURE. AFTERWARDS HE TOLD US ABOUT THE NEW BUTTONS. WE WILL ALWAYS USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE
