The service technician was on-time, friendly and professional. The job took less than an hour and the door is humming along. Great job!

Very quick response, two hours after I called. He was on time and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He replaced a single spring with a double. Also oiled and adjusted the door. It works better and quieter than it has in 10 years. He was polite, professional and gave me some maintenance pointers. It is really nice to get this kind of service. Then he gave me an Angie's List discount that I didn't even ask for. A++ all the way.

Two technicians showed up on schedule. They were both professional and courteous. The senior technician, Jeff, clearly explained what he was going to do and made some suggestions for other problems I was encountering. The completed the work quickly and the garage doors operated perfectly. I highly recommend Jeff.

I called at 7:30 am, phone was answered on first ring by a PERSON, who was friendly and very eager to help me out. He set up the appointment, told me I would get a call 30 mins a head of time so I could get home from work. When I told him I heard about them from Angies list, he was thrilled and offered $10 off. Service tech called as promised came on time and fixed problem in 1/2 hour. I am a VERY satifsfied customer

It was very good and it was excellent. I had no problems at all. He was quick and efficient. When he was done the door worked and didn’t make any noise. They did exactly what the special stated. He got the job done in less than an hour. The scheduling was pretty quick.

John arrived within the time frame they promised. He was very courteous and helpful. He started off by giving me tips on the working parts of my garage door and showing me what I can do in the future to check before a service call and how to oil the parts of the door to keep it working. He did have to replace a part. John was very pleasant and helpful. I will keep this company's phone number for referrals and future work. When I called for the appointment, the lady who answered was super friendly and helpful and they were able to offer a very rapid response time. This company is customer service at the best!

WE ALREADY KNEW THAT WE PROPABLY NEEDED A NEW DOOR OPENER. CALLED DELUXE DOOR SYSTEMS BECAUSE OF THE REVIEWS READ ON ANGIES LIST. CALLED ON MONDAY AND SCHEDULED THE APPT. FOR WED. THEY SHOWED UP IN THE TIME FRAME THAT WAS GIVEN. THEY CHECKED OUT OUR OPENER AND DETERMINED IT NEEDED TO REPLACED BECAUSE THEY DID'T CARRY THE PARTS FOR THE ONE WE HAD, IT WAS PRETTY OLD. THEY QUOTED US A PRICE OF THE ONE THEY COULD INSTALL, WE LIKED THE FEATURES OF THE NEW ONE AND GAVE THEM THE OKAY TO GO AHEAD. THEY HAD IT UP IN NO TIME AND SHOWED US ALL THE FEATURES AND HOW TO USE IT. ASKED US IF WE HAD ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE NEW UNIT, DIDN'T HAVE ANY, AND THEY WERE ON THERE WAY.

It went very well and I was very impressed. John was very informative and I learned a great deal about the garage door system. He helped me with the light bulb situation (both bulbs were not working) and I was not even expecting that today.

Project was quoted by owner accurately and delivered as promised. All employees were extremely professional and thorough in keeping me informed during project. The owner was on-site daily ensuring a smooth install. The doors are beautiful and work perfect!

Garage door wasn't working -they replaced all the old metal rollers with ball nylon rollers, and replaced a broken spring.

Serviced the garage door, helped me change garage door opener code, replaced parts and all other that came with purchase. Excellent company. Will use again.Service Tech was awesome.

Johnny was very punctual and completed the job in a timely manner. Lisa from the office sent emails to follow-up and make sure all was okay. This company provided first class service.

I originally had this scheduled for 1/25, but because of the weather I called the office to move it. Angie, was extremely helpful and reset the date. Bob came to my home on 1/30. He inspected the door and found that I needed new springs. He replaced the springs and performed the other parts of the tune-up (replacing the rollers and lubricating the hinges). He also made sure the door is tracking correctly. He explained what he was doing and gave me information on how to do minor maintenance myself. This may allow me to avoid the need of a professional.for quite a while. All in all, my experience was very good.

It went great, both men were very nice and professional. My door was loud and was missing bolts . It would get stuck sometimes when trying to open or close it. After they made all the adjustments and repairs they showed me how to oil it myself going forward. The door is now quiet and runs very smoothly. My husband is no longer able to do repairs around the house and it is now up to me or to find someone who can. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Mark and his partner for fixing my door and for displaying such a positive attitude about their jobs. Thank you both for a job well done....

It went quite well. They were courteous and friendly. The price didn't go over the Big Deal and they didn't try to sell me anything extra. The light that was supposed to be on when the garage door opens was out and he just took care of it without charging anything else. They were very prompt and courteous. They came out at a time that I didn't have to take off work either which was nice. They told me they would be there between 8 and 12 and they called me at 7:55 and told me they were on their way. It was great.

Went without incident, the old garage door was there and then a couple hours later the new one was in place. Both door and opener are working A+.

Called for service and they had a technician in quickly. He called to validated address and inform us he was on his way. Provided me options and I chose to have gear replaced.

The installer arrived during the stated time frame. The work was done quickly. He gave me an overview of how to use the system and what I should do in case of loss of power. He answered all my questions.

Everything turned out well. They were very straight-forward and didn't try to upsell, their price was reasonable, and the installation was completed quickly. Furthermore, the technicians were professional and courteous and did a good job.

Servicemen were very friendly and helpful. They made an extra service call at NO Charge! Robert was especially helpful.
