I called Deluxe Door Systems to install a new garage door opener because the old one had finally died. The company had repaired the previous one for me not that long ago, so I called back to have a new one installed in my 1-car detached garage. I was told that the installation would take about 2 hours and given the choice of 2 recommended models. I chose the belt-driven one that contained 2 lights, a passcode-controlled keypad, and a motion-sensor control pad. This one also carried a better warranty. It is so quiet and also contains the safety feature that reverses the door's closing mechanism should the door encounter an object underneath it. My previous opener did not include this feature. I only wish I had a 2-car garage to show it off better. I was able to ensure that the installer could enter my garage while I stayed at work; so the process was really convenient for me.

Lisa answered my initial call and I described the problem with my garage door. She said she would find an available repair crew and call back which she did witin 5 mins. to tell me someone would be there witin 60 to 90 minutes. Anthony and Jimmy arrived about 50 mins. after my call. Cable was off the pully, roller jumped the track and the door would not close. Anthony diagnosed the problem immediately and got to work. Not only did they make the repair, they serviced the door and made adjustments to ensure the problem was properly fixed. Very happy with the service and although it wasn't cheap, this was an after hours urgent repair.

Did a great job. Easy to schedule the service and they were very responsive. John called when he was on his way. Replaced all of the rollers, greased the track and replaced the spring in less than an hour. He let me know the extra charge upfront for replacing the broken spring. John also provided me with instructions on how to lubricate the rollers and hinges to prevent squeaking. Would definitely use again.

We called at about 5:00 PM and were able to get scheduled for the following day. Mark was professional and arrived early (after calling to make sure it was ok). The work was completed quickly and the company honored our on-line coupon as well as discounted the fee because we had been customers previously. We will certainly call Deluxe Door Systems if we have any future needs and will recommend their service to others.

Have worked with Deluxe Door for years, both for our home and rental properties. Experience has always been A+. Jeff came out this time and noticed something we had not and fixed that problem, in addition to the service we had called about.

After an initial delay in setting the appointment so the receptionist could check with Angie's List about whether my residence was within the designated service area or a surcharge would be have to be added (it was within the area) everything went very smoothly: the appointment was made quickly, the repairmen came on time and were very courteous, the repairs were done as advertised, and finally the cleanup was complete. I would definitely use the service again.

Excellent. Mark and his co-worker were professional, helpful and went out of their way to explain how to maintain our garage door and opener. I had issues with an old opener switch and Mark installed a simple switch for us that works fine. Garage door opens a lot quieter than it did before they worked on it. Great work, great deal.

I purchased a service package because one of my doors were not functioning properly. John Wetherell called 30 minutes prior to arrival and showed up exactly as agreed. John is a very friendly guy who you will enjoy talking with. He did a quick review of my two garage doors and explained the doors are high quality, explained how I can perform simple maintenance to keep the doors functional for a long time. I explained a couple issues I was having with one specific door. John was able to repair the door very quickly. He completed the service I paid for in just 75 minutes. It is nice to hire someone who completes work that is needed and doesn't try and sell you something you don't need. I have never used Deluxe Door Systems before, but if their other employees are like John then this is the company you should use.

John, from Deluxe Door Systems, came to my house at the scheduled appointment time. He promptly checked my garage door, checked all the mechanisms for the opener and replaced the rollers on the door. He also noticed that the door was missing two hinges and replaced those for a small fee. John was friendly, efficient, and informative. I learned a lot about the maintenance needed to ensure my garage door opened and closed efficiently and smoothly. I am excited I took advantage of this Angie's List Big Deal.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a good job and everything was good. They were very polite and professional. They did a fine job. There were no additional charges. They were here right when they said they would be.

I contacted Deluxe Door Systems based on the reviews and ratings in Angie's List. My chain had come off of my garage door opener after icy rain had sealed the door to the ground, even though this had happened before without incident. I called the company that morning and was scheduled to receive service that afternoon. Unfortunately, the original person assigned could not make it due to a truck breakdown. I agreed to wait until the next morning for another person to fix the door and was offered a reduction in cost due to the inconvenience. In the meantime, I was advised to use the red handled pull string to put my door all the way down. Andy came out the next morning and fixed the opener. When I returned home, the door would only close within a few inches of the floor. So, I called the company to have the opener adjusted. Andy returned the morning of the next business day and made the adjustments, testing the system numerous times to ensure its proper operation. He advised me that the opener was very old and might fail again, in which case, a new one would be recommended. He stayed in contact with me so that I was informed of what my options were and was offered the opportunity to put in a new motor then and there or to just adjust the current one. I chose to wait on installing a new one. I appreciated the company's responsiveness to my service needs and their professional manner in handling the situation.

The experience was very good, they took a good amount of time, they were polite, professional, and I am happy with the results. All was very good, and so I can't rank service, or value up over one another.

Spring broke Saturday March 8. When called they said They could send someone the same day but suggested I avoid the$100.00 Upcharge for Saturday work by waiting until Monday which I did. They arrived at 8.30AM aspromised and one + hours later he was finished. Very satisfied.

Robert was awesome and very helpful, answered all my questions, told me where and when to provide routine maintenance (WD-40) and all while I was interacting with my three grandbabies! Great job, Robert!

It went pretty well. The garage door looks good and it sounds two hundred per cent better. He's honest and said we wouldn't buy anything that we wouldn't need.

John was on time.. very professional, explained everything, got his work done and out he went. All smooth and very professional.

It was minimal service and I have no complaints. The new rollers made the door quieter. Scheduling went well and they came on time for the appointment. Two technicians were here doing the work. I felt the price was fair for what they did and the rollers were in good quality.

Maybe my expectations are unfair, but at least offer to change the light which was out in the garage door opener. I paid for essentially nothing.

They did the inspection and replaced the rollers on the door, and made minor adjustments so the door would go up and down better.
