Incredibly well. They answered my call and were out within 2 hours. Was done in a very professional manner, door is still holding up well and I will use them again!

John Sr. came out on short notice, was very professional, and fixed rather than replacing the tension springs, which others told me would've needed to be done, saving me a couple hundred dollars.

Big deal purchased for garage door tuneup and roller replacement. Very friendly staff- both on the phone and the gentleman who performed the tuneup. I felt that I received a good value for the services. No pushy up selling- he did answer my questions about additional insulation (which I opted to not get at this time- maybe before winter). He answered all my questions and described what he was doing. The garage door is quite a bit quieter with the new rollers. Really made a difference. :) Guesstimating the exact date- it was around April...

He worked on the various parts of the opener and instead of having me to buy a new motor he fixed what the problem was with the one I had. He saved me money and he was very professional. He did a great job.

Deluxe Door Systems is great! Lisa, the woman who answered the call, walked me through how to do it myself and it didn't cost me a dime. My prior service with them in December was great as well, but I really appreciated them giving me the option to fix it myself. They are very professional and helpful.

The garage door in my newly purchased home refused to go up; even though the motor could be heard. Based on a referral I had received, I called a different company yesterday explaining that I was unable to get into the garage. Twenty-four hours later, I still had not heard from that company so I accessed Angie's List and contacted Deluxe Door Systems. I spoke with a very friendly and professional gal who answered the phone and I explained my problem. She said that it sounded like a particular problem and the TOTAL charge for that repair would be $235. I was put on hold while it was determined whether or not I could get on the schedule for today. Within two minutes I was scheduled for between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. today. Wonderful!! At 12:30 p.m. my phone rang and it was John who asked if it would be inconvenient if he came earlier than 2:00. My response was ... absolutely not, come as soon as you can! John said he would arrive in about 20 minutes and he did. He manually opened the garage door, the problem was a stripped gear in the motor, he said he could fix it and it would cost $145 and not $235 (the price quoted on what was originally thought wrong with the door). John got a part from his truck, went to work, and had the repair completed in amazingly short order. John was very professional and polite and most importantly knew what he was doing and got it done. From my initial phone call to repair completion, I couldn't be more pleased.

They came out and inspected but explained to me that the garage door need a repair and not just a tune up. He was very honest with his work and I appreciated it.

John was on time and took the time to make sure everything was working before he left , even going above and beyond what the deal specified. He also provided me with useful instructions on how to maintain the door. I could not be more satisfied.

Lady in the office answered my call very early. They arrived early. They had all the tools the needed. Job took less than 20 minutes. In-out!

They reached out to me after I filled out the form on Angie's List. They called me the next day and we were able to schedule the service as soon as possible. In that regard, they have been excellent so far. They are scheduled to complete the work today.

At no cost, they also adjusted some tracks on our older garage door. They were right on-time. There were no issues with scheduling and they accommodated our work schedules. They sent two technicians out and they were both professional.

They were here exactly at time promised and performed the duties outlined in the "Deal". The work was done quickly, efficiently, and neatly. All trash was removed, as if they had never been there.

I purchased the $89 Garage Door Tune-Up and Lifetime Roller Replacement deal through Angie's List on a Monday evening. They contacted me through the site to set up an appt. Because of work, I had to schedule for a Thursday, but they could have come out the same day they contacted me. That was unexpected for sure. Because I had to work a half day, I told them after 1pm would be ideal. Thursday comes, and the tech calls me (I believe it was John) about 11:45a saying he's able to come out if I'm available, or he can go to another job first then come by about an hour and a half later. I opted for the second option as I wasn't able to get out of work earlier. He calls again about the time he says he would, and shows up 20 minutes later. So far everything has been going very smooth! He shows up in his van, and we meet outside to discuss both what he's going to do and some issues I've been having. He then spends about 20 minutes or so changing the rollers, adjusting the springs, and overall making the door track smoothly. After he was done, it was so much quieter. I never really thought it had a problem before other than the spring, but he made it sound like new! Afterwards he gave me some tips on taking care of the opener (which was newer), and also about fixing some weather stripping around the door. Overall it was an excellent experience from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

They were great! They were fast, efficient, and I would recommend them to others.

One person came out and looked at the door and replaced the rollers. The door was jerking when it opened and I had another company come out months ago but they could never tell me why this was happening. The first thing the person from Deluxe Door asked was when we had the door painted. He said that some paint causes doors to stick and gave me some recommendations to fix the issue. That was great! He also showed me some other things with the garage door. The next day I was leaving to run errands and one of the rollers had come out of place. I called Deluxe Door and they sent two gentleman over to look at the door. The response time was about 45 minutes and they fixed the issue and double checked everything with the door. It opens very smoothly now. I appreciate the time they spent and the information that was shared. Also, when there was an issue, the company responded very quickly.

All turned out very well; they were professional Mark and his associate. They were on time, knowledgeable and are a very good service provider. They were very specific on the procedure they oiled all the springs and hinges all is running great. I'm a very happy customer.

The garage door opener made an awful sound and garage door would not open. I called Deluxe Door and they had someone over the next day. the technician knew exactly what the problem was and replaced the gears in the opener. Then he did a safety inspection of the door. Very professional and polite. These guys are my go to when I have garage door problems.

The entire job went better than I had expected. Anthony Tarak was the gentleman that did the repairs, and he was very polite, quick and thorough.

Mark and his assistant were polite, professional and efficient in fixing our garage door problem. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. Rather than try to upsell me on something I didn't really need, Mark just fixed the problem. He and his assistant then went on to inspect the other door and opener for potential problems. Finding no other issues, they cleaned up and left. I have used Deluxe Door Systems twice now for service. Both times they were excellent. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Wasn't fully satisfied with the results following my initial service as I later noticed that the one door was still vibrating a lot and was much noisier than the other door, and was concerned about it's stability and safety. Spoke with Lisa at Deluxe Door Systems who was very responsive and pleasant. She sent a second technician out to see what additional enhancements they could offer. I was very impressed with the follow-up. Mark was able to offer some additional tweaks that ultimately eliminated the noise and vibration in the door I was most concerned with. He checked both doors to ensure all connections were secure, and that they were operating correctly, and thoroughly lubricated them. He was also very educational and instructional about garage doors in general and ongoing self-maintenance which was very helpful to me.. I was impressed with Mark on both a personal and professional level- he clearly has a strong work ethic and spoke with pride about Deluxe Door Systems, and the work that he does. I so appreciate the extra effort and time, and great customer service. If in need of future garage door maintenance or repairs, Deluxe Door Systems is who I will call.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. Mark called to let me know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. A great experience.

Only problem was that the appointment was never confirmed and I unexpectedly received a call saying the technician was coming. The technician was great. He was professional, knowledgeable and fast. I was also given some good tips as to how to maintain the garage door. I will use Deluxe again as needed.
