Our garage door, installed when the house was built fourteen years ago, had warped. It was increasingly difficult to open and close. Several tears appeared in the door?s sheet metal. It was only a matter of time until complete failure. Four years ago, our garage spring broke. I called Deluxe Door and they not only replaced but also upgraded us to a double spring system. I was so happy with the quality and professionalism then, I knew exactly who to call for our current garage door woes. I called to set up a service appointment and John arrived, on time, the next day. He thoroughly examined the problem and deduced what I expected - we needed a new door. He took measurements, wrote down some details about the damaged door and headed back to the office. Within a couple of hours, he called with two options: replace the damaged panels using the existing hardware or a complete replacement. About $400 separated the two estimates. So the decision is whether to do it cheap or do it right. Since the replacement was a significant upgrade over our old door, we chose the later. I called back a couple of times to hash out the details. I spoke with both Lisa and Angie. Each was quite helpful in deciding what we needed. Once settled, Lisa indicated they could do the install the very next day. I had already taken a day off work in an attempt to fix the problem myself; I didn?t want to take another. I asked about installation on the coming Saturday. Lisa advised they didn?t have any openings but said there was a chance she could find a crew to do the job. In less than an hour, she called back to say we would get our new door on Saturday. Johnny and Anthony showed up right on time and got to work. To my untrained eye, everything went smoothly. In a little under two hours, the guys where done. Our sad single-sided, non-insulated door and all accompanying hardware were hauled away and we had a new awesome, two-sided insulated door. Everything - rollers, track, brackets - the whole she-bang was upgraded. The fellas even added a nice weather stripping around the door?s perimeter. I almost can?t wait until winter to enjoy the much warmer the garage. Nobody likes to spend a lot of money on an unexpected expense. But if you must, you want to feel you got your money?s worth. Deluxe Door Systems did just that with excellent quality and service. For garage door service jobs big or small, I enthusiastically recommend them.

They replaced the broken springs and the rollers and made adjustments as necessary. The door now much quieter and works great. Mark was very helpful and professional. I'm glad I found Deluxe Door Systems on Angie's List.

He kept asking us to replace the garage doors and saying he is the best.

He did a wonderful job and I was very pleased! He came out promptly and worked about half a day on my 2 car garage door. He oiled all the parts and now it is quite. He installed the bottom of the gorge door too that keeps the dust out. He also left his information on the garage wall if ever needed to contact him again and I definitely will.

They arrived on a timely manner and proceeded to perform the job in which we hired them - had a young man who was in training and he was very well versed in the procedure.

This service request was fulfilled by a very professional and diligent individual named Anthony Tomak. I wasn't surprised, but I was very happy, with the professionalism and courtesy shown by Mr. Tomak. He resolved my issue immediately, even spotted a few other quick items that could have developed into other issues and addressed them as well. Even though he was fast and efficient, he took the time to answer a few questions I had about general operation of the garage door and the unit itself. He answered my questions thoroughly and I had no follow-ups. Based on the representation of Mr. Tomak alone, I will refer this business to any acquaintances or friends of mine in need of the services they provide. And if I need any future work performed, although with Mr. Tomak's assistance today I now have the knowledge of better maintenance and upkeep on my unit and hopefully won't require more work :), I will request him specifically! The service today was quick, efficient, professional, and clean. There isn't much detail to be added other than I am a very satisfied customer; the company has earned my loyalty for future endeavors.

Jeff Mays was prompt to our appointment and very knowledgeable about the all of my options. I went with the Clopay and have been thrilled with the doors. The installer came when he said he would and worked in the garage through a horrible rain storm. I have used Deluxe before for repairs to the garage openers and will use them again.

2 of the employes came on time did there job, explained what did, put a label on the door with there phone # and said if we needed anything let them know and left.

Scheduling was easy. The service worked out very well. They did the job exactly how they said they would.

They ended up selling me a new garage door opener which I wasn’t planning on purchasing. The main technician was a little pushy on selling the door opener. He recommended that we needed a new opener as ours was broken and needed to be replaced. The cost was more that it would have been had I shopped around. I had decided to have the work done since they were already there. They had all of the parts needed with them and they completed all of the work in the same day. They did try to take some shortcuts on the installation and I had to push them to install it properly. They did a good job with the work that they did and the door works fine.

The man did a great job. He was professional and informative. I would use them again and would gladly recommend them.

Once we were finally able to decide on which doors we wanted, which took a while, things went well. I actually needed to have two garage doors replaced rather than just tuned-up and Lisa told me to request a refund for the tune ups.

Bought my home three months ago so I didn't know the status of the garage door maintenance. The work went well. Garage door runs even smoother than it did before. Very satisfied.

The two technicians were courteous, competent, and professional. In addition to the services I paid for, they also helped me figure out the keypad for the garage door opener, which I couldn't find the manual for.

He came right on time. Fixed a problem and then lubricated doors and tightened springs.

Everything went great. I originally ordered the Big Deal for a tune up and new rollers. After checking things out upon arrival John determined that I needed a new spring. He credited back what I paid for the big deal towards the repair of the spring and the repair. I couldn't be happier with the service I was given.
