I've used this provider a number of times since 2002. I've recommended them to family and friends. They are always extremely responsive, punctual, and fairly priced. They've always been able to quickly diagnose and correct problems. They don't try to sell me products and services that I don't need.

Excellent Services and professionalism.

I called them on Tuesday and they came out first thing Wednesday morning. Mark said the torsion spring was broken and he replaced both springs. He was able to repair the door brackets avoiding the cost of a new garage door. Service was excellent, prompt and affordable.

Jeff Mays was extremely personable and explained everything thoroughly as well as gave me tips on how I can keep the door working well.

I only spoke with them when I called to cancel the service call, but found them very friendly and helpful. I will certainly call them again when the problem is one I can't fix.

When Anthony arrived he automatically realized that the spring was broke, but did an inspection to make sure that was the problem.. He did suggest that they install a spring and also said we could shop around if we wanted. They gave us a discount on the repair work since we had already purchased a big deal. Anthony came out the next day and completed the job. It all went well and our garage door is actually quieter now than it was with the old cheaper original spring that was on the door.

We called on Sunday and they got back to us the same day setting up an appointment at our convince the following day. Two men came out and fixed the door. They were courteous and skilled. The only thing that could have been improved is if they had called ahead, but honestly they gave a two hour window which is better than most companies. We would recommend and use them again.

One of the garage door rollers jumped the track when my daughter (the last person to leave for work) opened the door, leaving the door wide open. I was able to find Deluxe Door Systems Inc on Angie's List and gave them a call to ask a couple of questions. I mentioned I found them on Angie's List and the Big Deal they had. They mentioned it would be better to go ahead and schedule an appointment directly even though I hadn't paid for it through Angie's List website yet. John, the technician, arrived about 10 minutes before me and was met by my daughter who was able to make it home for lunch. When I arrived John had already got the roller back on track and was almost done with the tune up. The office staff was very accommodating and John was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

On a recent Saturday, our garage door wouldn't open and I called Deluxe Door Systems. Anthony came out promptly and provided information about what was needed in a very professional manner. The spring was broken and we decided to replace the door since it was very old and heavy. Anthony was very patient and informative and explained the safety factors and features of the new garage door. I would definitely call this company again.

Our cars were "trapped" inside our garage as the door was too heavy for the garage door opener to lift it and way too heavy for us to lift it manually. We called Deluxe and they were extremely friendly and to my surprise promised to respond within a few hours. Not only did they respond quickly but their service tech (John) called approximately 15 minutes before his arrival to alert us. John was extremely courteous, professional and obviously very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the various springs, cables, hinges, and maintenance of garage doors. We can't say enough good things about how Deluxe Door responded to our dilemma as we had a very important appointment later in the day that we were fearful we would miss, but thanks to John and Deluxe Door we were able to keep our appointment.

Excellent. Men were very professional, quickly identified the problem, and made necessary repairs. They serviced 3 doors (2 double, 1 single) and were done in one hour. Will definitely call them again when needed.

Mark and team did a fabulous job ! Garage door was not closing all the way and there was always a gap at the top and bottom. They adjusted the settings, replaced the rollers. They were extremely professional and price was very reasonable.

Kevin was my service person and he did the anticipated work and made suggestions for changes in the future to my garage door and gave me a thorough description of the new doors available, he was efficient and professional

They were nice, they didn't give me any hard pressure sales. They were very cordial. Right after I bought the deal, my door failed so I needed to cancel the deal since I have to replace my door.

The service tech Kevin was very conscientious and polite. He was running late and called to let me know and asked if I would still be available later than expected. He arrived and performed the tune up and also let me know that I needed a replacement part which he had on the truck. The door had been having issues so I was not surprised that a repair was needed - happy to have it running smoothly. I would recommend Deluxe Door Systems.

It went fine. I have a very good garage door. I could have performed the same functions(greasing rollers) etc. myself. In addition, the rollers that were replaced were heavy metal and the new ones were plastic. I didn't realize the rollers were replaced until it was done. At that point, I asked why the plastic rollers replaced the better quality metal ones. There was no good answer. I saved my metal ones for when the plastic ones break..

The service provider arrived promptly and was very professional. Explained what was being done, was able to troubleshoot and reduce the noise level of the openers noticeably.

They had to replace the spring on my door. I had purchased the roller deal, however they told me that my rollers were okay and that the problem with the garage was the spring and not the rollers. My door has worked great since their repair.

The provider kept their promise as in their ad for tune up the door system and replace with new rollers. Also addressed a safety issue on the door panel by repairing the metal bucket which connecting the top door panel to the arm, adjusting the spring strength due to the weight of the door. All these only with $89 as we prepaid. Excellent service! only minor complain if i have to have was the response time. They contacted us via email 3 days after we bought the service on Angie list. But they offered the service time as quickly as they could in the second email and that fitted what we expected. Will do business with them again.

My experience was very good. We liked them a lot. They showed up on time for the appointment. They had a competitive price. They were reliable.
