.After trying to open my garage door at 6:30 am this morning, I heard a loud metallic sound and the door wouldn't budge.After checking Angie's List, I called Deluxe Door Systems before 7am, which is their posted opening time. They answered the phone right away and promised to have someone out ASAP. Mark and Terry arrived at my house at 8:45am (and even called me at 8:15 to let me know when they would arrive) and determined my door had frozen to the pavement which then caused a metal bracket to break when I tried to open the door. They were able to get the door open, fixed the metal bracket, and even checked over my garage door system. Then finished it off with WD40 to the moving parts. They also helped me understand what caused it and how I might be able to avoid this problem in the future. They were done by 9:15am and I was on my way to work. Mark was so kind and helpful. As soon as they arrived, Mark put my concerns to rest and assured me they would get the problem resolved. I received a $10 Angie's List discount and ended up paying $65. It was worth every penny. I can't thank Mark and Deluxe Door Systems enough for the fast response and resolution to my problem. I have no doubt I will call on them again if I have any other garage door opener issues.

He replaced my garage door spring, greased the door, installed my new garage door opener. Very sociable and quick and efficient in his work. I would recommend. 1 yr later my door and springs are working perfectly. Also, I use the MyQ App on my phone to open my garage door flawlessly.

They were excellent. We contacted Deluxe Door at 4:30 on Sunday afternoon. We had heard a loud noise earlier in the day and did not know what caused it. As it worked out, one of the main door springs broke and we could not open the garage door. I phoned the company and was asked if I wanted emergency service. I said we did and the technician arrived approximately 2 1/2 hours after I called. He replaced the two main springs even though only one was broken. I was glad that he chose to do so because it only added $40 to the bill and saved another service call. The technician was very professional and worked quickly. We couldn't be more pleased with the timeliness and quality of the service and would recommend Deluxe Door Systems to anyone needing work done with their garage door.

They were able to come out the day after we called them and did a good job on the repairs. I would use them again.

I purchased a deal through my AAA membership that was for "Garage Door Tune-Up and Roller Replacement". We had been having some trouble with our garage door not working properly, so it was perfect timing that this deal popped up. I called Deluxe Door Systems immediately after purchasing the deal. The man who answered the phone was very friendly and courteous. Upon telling him that we wanted someone to come out and take a look at our door, he said, what time tomorrow? I was shocked that they were available so quickly. We weren't available to have the service done until 5 days later, to which he responded, "Oh, that's easy to get scheduled!". We scheduled our appointment, their guy called ahead and arrived on time. He re-aligned our sensors, which fixed the issue we'd been having, and then went on to do the tune-up and roller replacement. Our door works better than ever now!

We called for emergency service at 4 in the afternoon on a Saturday. Within 1 1/2 hours someone arrived and fixed our door in about 30 minutes! We are so grateful for the prompt service deluxe door systems provides. Glad to know they will be there when we are in a bind! Thanks!

Called early morning and stated they could have someone out within the hour. I asked if they could come closer to noon and not only did John W. show up within the timeframe, but he called ahead to say he was on his way. He replaced springs and also lubricated the tracks and hinges.

I called them approx. 9:00 AM, and "someone" the ownner actually answered the phone. Came out within the hour. Did the work in no time, very knowledgeable, promt, excellent service at a fair price. Jeff is an example of faithfull and good employee. Would highly recomend this company , Jeff and buddy.

They were just great. They replaced it that same day with a new door when I bought the deal. He was very prompt. He came in and assessed it in the morning and he found where he could get a door right away. I think he was back in a couple of hours with a new door and I was just very pleased. It was all done very quickly and it’s a beautiful door.

My wife said the installation of garage door springs was done expediently. The quality of service was great.

The company replaced all door rollers and seal on the bottom of the door. They also lubed all moving parts. They were on time, friendly and professional. They also gave me tips about my old door. They also told em that the door motor was one of the better old models and should continue to run as long as well maintained.

The appointment was scheduled within 2 days of purchasing the deal. Technician called ahead, arrived on time, and only needed about 45 minutes to complete the job. The garage door operates much smoother and quieter now.

This went well and they did a good job. I ended up having an issue (that wasn't their fault) after they left but they came right back out to fix it and didnt charge me.

Vendor scheduled an appointment on my first available morning, arrived during the specified time interval, and quickly fixed the problem. He also took the time to oil the rollers on the door that he fixed and on the other door. He was knowledgeable and efficient in his work.

Door opener lifted door about a foot and stopped. We managed to get one car out but door was extremely heavy. Called Deluxe Door Systems based on their record with Angie's List (we had never used them before). Told them it was not an emergency but they still had someone there in 4 hours. John W. had the springs replaced and the door in good working order in less than an hour Not much more you could ask for. I would definitely use them again.
