They were on time and worked quickly. Provided suggestions to keep opener and doors running smoothing and did not try to up sell other services.

We were very pleased with this company. From the initial call to set up the consultation, to the crew calling to schedule appointment to an exact time, to the installation and clean up! The men had the parts needed to fix the door in their van and we did not have to waits days to fix it. They did the repairs right then. Kudos guys. Very professional, polite and they introduced themselves to us and made us feel comfortable with their knowledge. AAAA+

Not that great. The door is noisier than before. They were prompt, fast and efficient but what ever adjustment they did made the door noisier. It's working, it's functional. No additional charges. I would tell a friend that they recommend that before they leave have them run it a few times.

Replacement was done by a single individual and went as planned. He called before he arrived and was able to complete all the work in the morning before lunch as promised. The previous garage door system was always noisy. We tried previously three different types of door openers with minimal improvement. The new garage door system with the jackshaft door opener is so quiet the only way that we know the door is opening is the alert we receive on our phones.

I called to have an estimate done on replacing our garage door. The company came out the very next morning and gave us the estimate and went through different door options. I had a few questions before making a final decision and Shelby, in the office, was more than happy to answer them. She even followed up with email after the work was performed to make sure we were happy with everything. The work was great. The gentleman showed up early in the morning and was done before that afternoon. We are very happy with the end result. We would definitely use the company again if needed in the future.

The service was great. I did not know why the garage door wouldn't open, but I noticed cables hanging on either side of door. Deluxe came promptly, recognized the problem of the broken spring, then replaced the spring and lubricated door parts. I found them helpful and efficient and I was very happy with the company.

Our original wood garage door from the 1950's is showing signs of age. It had recently been struggling going up. Jeremy was on-time and wasted no time. He quickly replaced a broken roller and reinforced some brackets. He then pointed out the myriad of issues that were occurring or would occur in the future. All this meant that a new garage door is in my future but Jeremy did not put on any pressure in fact he suggested to ride it out a few more years. He left me with suggestions on what would work well when it was time.

As I do every day, I parked my car in my detached garage, hit the button on the way out, and was walking to the house. When I was a few steps away I heard a loud band and the door slammed down. I checked back inside the garage and saw a couple cables hanging. It was late afternoon and I called Deluxe Door hoping to catch someone still there. They answered and gave me a service appointment first thing the next morning. I received an "on our way" call at 7:45am, and the technician arrived just before 8am. He looked at the door and cables, diagnosed it as a broken spring, and gave me a price. He had it all taken care of within 45 minutes or so, including an inspection of both doors. I paid by credit card and he was on his way before 9am. Terrific job and great response!

I called Thursday night and they could of gotten me in the next morning, but i could not leave work early. They were very accommodating and able to get me in later that Friday so i did not have to miss work. Keven called and let me know he was on his way. Keven was very professional and answered all my questions and worked quickly. He even oiled all the tracks for me to help cut back on the noise. They did a great job and would call them again for any garage door issues.

When I phoned to make an appointment, the car was very helpful. They could have come the day I called, but I was unavailable until late afternoon, and she advised me that if they started, but it went past a certain time, the service rate would go up. Since the other door worked, I scheduled for a Saturday. Jeremy phoned when he was 10 minutes away. When he arrive he assessed the situation and he fixed it. He was very polite and professional.

Everything was perfect. I called in the morning and originally scheduled for the next morning, but asked if they could do the same day and they fit me in around 4:00. The technician Kevin was quick and roughed it out, working in the hot garage during a huge thunderstorm. He made sure everything was working after the repair. Between an amazing service tech and a friendly scheduler who went out of her way to get someone to my place, it was super easy using this company.

Owner Jeff, is great, very responsive to any questions we had. We had a slight misunderstanding on the condition of the paint on the door, since it was returned. Jeff was responsive to our complaint and discounted the door appropriately. Would recommend this company to anyone needing a new garage door.

Excellent. The spring broke on our garage door on Saturday night (July 4). We contacted Deluxe Door Systems first thing Sunday morning. They returned our call within a few hours and schedule an appointment for the first thing Monday morning (July 6). They offered to come the same day (Sunday) if we thought we had an emergency. Luckily, our vehicles were outside the garage. Mark called at 8:10 on Monday morning saying he would be at our house in 20 minutes. He and Bill arrived at 8:30 and were on the road again toward their next customer by 9:00. They replaced the spring and tightened some loose hardware while they were here - tuned the door. They were friendly, professional, worked extremely fast, and highly competent. We'll call Deluxe Garage Door Systems if and when we have our next garage door issues.

It went very well. For a busy holiday weekend, this company was ready and willing to help me right away. I called at around 10:30a, and the gentleman told me I was very lucky because emergency prices were about to begin. Within ten minutes after my initial phone call, the service tech called me and told me that he would be here within twenty minutes. He was, in fact, here within twenty minutes. He looked at the door, told me that both springs appeared to be about the same age, and told me there would be a lifetime warranty on the new springs. There were no negatives about this experience, and I would recommend them to anyone. They were courteous, efficient, and friendly.

Fantastic Service! Showed up promptly and did a tune up to get the garage door opener working. Responded and fixed the problem in less than 24 hours!

They called 15 minutes before arrival to announce that they were coming and arrived on time. Immediately they saw the broken springs and replaced them very quickly. Jeff suggest that I put on a rope to the manual switch to operate it more easily if necessary. I explained that my old door opener control was in pieces and it was important to have two in good condition. I felt that I might need to purchase a new garage door opener for several hundred dollars. Jeff said that he could probably come up with a good looking one for $35. It started to rain heavily. Nevertheless, Jeff and his helper made several trips back and forth to the truck to arrive at a solution to my problem. The end result was that my old garage door opener works just fine and I have two new controls. It was stellar customer service that one only dreams about.

They did everything that I described above, and were prompt and professional in all their interactions with me. The whole job was done within a couple of visits, and in each case they made themselves available at times that were convenient to me.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process of setting up the appointment went. They were very courteous, replied quickly, and on the date of the visit, gave us an advance call to let us know that they were on there way. As part of the service, they showed me what signs to look for (e.g., fine shavings underneath the garage door track on the door) to remind me that it's time for service and/or added lubricant.

These guys know their stuff and are very professional. My door broke at 8:30 am. I called them at 9 am. They arrived by 10:30 am, took care of business and were gone by 11:15 am. No one can ask for better service than that! Ask for Mark and he'll take care of your problem fast! Will use them again in the future but hope I don't have to!

Same day service was available. The technician was prompt, polite, and fixed the problem well. He then continued to straighten some of the track, tighten bolts, and lubricate hinges. It was nice to see a professional doing what he should do without being asked.
