Now here is where a company makes or breaks a reputation--solving a difficult problem. I'm pleased to report that Deluxe came through with flying colors. After trying switching the remotes they replaced the board to a different frequency and it worked. I am now a very satisfied customer and in position to recommend Deluxe!

Description of Work: I called to schedule a service call and the gentleman I spoke with gave me something to try to help me avoid paying the cost of a service call. It just so happened that the fix worked and I didn't have to pay a dime!

Description of Work: Mark Lowes installed a new garage door opener at our home. He was on time and very professional. He took time to show us how to use and maintain the opener. Three years earlier they installed a new door for us. I recommend them to anyone needing a garage door or opener replaced

Description of Work: A new garage wall control panel was installed. The torque was adjusted on both the opening and closing of the door. And the hinges were lubed, although I had to request this.

One of the brackets on the one side of one of the doors came off the bolt holding it and we could not get it to thread back on ourselves with hours of trying. We called 5 other places on the list and only one other company would maybe consider it, with an estimate involved. Spoke with Byron at Deluxe, and he did say they could help us out. They sent someone out the next day. We did not have to be home or take tome off work and left a key to the garage and they had it fixed and working perfectly. Since we mentioned Angie membership, we got the 65.00 dollar rate. I spoke with Lisa and they said I could call back in and pay with my credit card, no pressure or rush. Very friendly and personable. Extremely pleased, would use them again for sure !!

Description of Work: I called Deluxe Door Systems and was advised they would have a Representative out the following day. They gave me a time span of my choosing, so that I would not have to hang around all day waiting. The representative arrived on time. Examined the defect, gave us an estimate, and we agreed to the service. He replaced two garage door springs and was out of there in less than 1 and 1/2 hours. Very professional, very polite, and very congenial. This company made me look like a hero to my husband. You know, Garage Doors are a "Guy Thing", but I heard the spring break and called the company. Got the appointment all set up for the next day, called my husband to tell him not to use the garage door opener when he came home, AND that the solution was handled.

They said just the service call would be $65 before the additional price for the actual repairs is added. Instead we found another great company - which charged us less than $60 for everything - service call and repairs included.

Description of Work: The 3rd time is indeed a charm! Deluxe Doors responded quickly when they heard that I was not totally satisfied with the service visit to repair my garage door opener. They called on Saturday morning and sent a technician to my house a few hours later. The wall mounted operator was replaced with a new one at no charge. This company seems to be committed to having satisfied customers. My previous comments not standing, I would use this company again in the future.

Description of Work: I found a broken garage door spring last night. I looked up on Angie's List for someone to repair. I called Deluxe at 9:15 the next morning. I spoke to the owner Jeff Mays and told him my problem. I asked how much it would be. He told me the cost and gave me a time to be out between 10 am and noon. The technician arrived at 9:45 am. He explained what he would do, replacing springs, confirmed the price, and was finished in 30 minutes. When he was finished he explained how to keep the springs lubricated and in good shape. Nice guy. His name was Mark.
