Description of Work: We scheduled twice to get them to come out and twice they didn't show up and didn't even call and tell me they were not coming and then on the third try he showed up 2 hours late.

Description of Work: John did a great job...roller replacements, track ubrication, door tuneup... Whatever was needed ... John did it all!

Description of Work: Called ahead to let me know that he may be late do to added appointments to his daily schedule. John still made the appointment time. He was pleasant and professional. He explained what he was going to do to my garage door opener. My dogs got out when I opened my garage door (totally my fault), but when they returned he brought them to my front door and made sure they got inside. After he finished his work, he explained what he did and what he would reccommend in the future. I will use this company in the future.

Description of Work: I had asked another company to come by and change my door springs but they did not do it because they said they do not do that anymore. This company did it without any difficulty and did a thorough job. Very satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: John came out and replaced a broken support piece on the door. He also inspected for other problems and made minor adjustments to a number of areas. The door appears to work well. This is in stark contrast to another Angie's list award winner who came out about a year ago, was unable to figure anything out, and didn't do much while they were here.

Description of Work: Our garage door was failling as it was opening. The light would flicker, and the drive would stutter. We were worried it was dead for good and would need a new one. Called them in the morning, and they had someone out by noon. He inspected the sytem, ran some tests, and then greased and lubed all of the parts. That fixed the problem. I expected to be encouraged to get a new opener (heck I think we probably should get a new one). He mentioned what was installed by the prior owner was a cheap off the shelf one, and that it doesn't have long to live, and that they would be happy to come out when it's ready to be replaced. He then lubed our other door as well, and tested it, and reprogrammed our external keypad that had failed. Great service!

Description of Work: I called Deluxe Doors because our garage door quit working. When I called, the person I talked with thought that it might cost $225 for a new spring. When the service man arrived, he inspected it and said the spring was O.K. He made some adjustments to the mechanism that fixed it. He then thorougly lubricated all the moving parts, resulting in much quieter operation. The charge for all this was only $75 for a service call. With an Angie's list coupon it was reduced by $10 down to $65. I was very happy with the lower charge and the quick repair. The serviceman was very professional, making sure that everything was O.K.

Description of Work: Our garage door would not open on Friday afternoon. We decided to wait until Monday to avoid the higher weekend charge. After calling around, we found that Deluxe Door Systems could come during the early afternoon. They called to let me know when they would arrive, and came within 15 minutes of calling. Explaining that we had a broken spring (on both sides) they replaced it, and also recog. moving one of the support pieces vs. charging an extra $45 for a new one. The two men did the work within 30 minutes, and were professional. They also saved me the $45 for a new piece and gave Angies List Disc. of another %10. When we need a new garage door, or another service - I know who to call.

Description of Work: Called Friday because door was not working. John arrived on time on Monday, checked the door, replaced wheels, electric eyes, control pad, and went over the entire door. I was concerned I would need new door...he fixed old one. He has worked on the door before and each time has done a great job. I'm very impressed with this company and highly recommend them.
