Description of Work: Replaced the garage door transformer, replaced the light bulb, checked cables, etc. Also, even thought there wasn't a problem with the 2nd door, they checked and greased it.

Description of Work: They came out the same day I called and fixed our door that was about to fall off its track. They even had to work around a car that couldn't be moved because it was being worked on. The door works better and sounds quieter than it ever has.

Description of Work: We heard a noise in our garage that we could not find the source of. The next time we opened the garage door, the door came down very quickly. We went on Angie's List and purchased a tune up for our garage door. When the worker arrived, he inspected the garage door and told us the sound we heard was a spring breaking which we could not see because the springs are covered in this model garage door opener. He called into his home office and got the Angie's List price before he gave me the inspection results, so he was fully prepared with numbers, options, etc when we spoke. I really appreciated that. The tune up person could not do the replacement; however, he called his office and they had someone there within the hour. The installer worked diligently and had the installation done in no time! He took the time to explain what he had done and what we could expect from the new opener. All in all, a great experience. We would use again and recommend!

Description of Work: Used the big deal they replaced the rollers, tighted all the trackes, tuned the garage door motor settings, greased and oiled the hinges and did it in less then 30 mins. Prompt efficient and courteous work by both of the individuals who came to perform the work.

Description of Work: Deluxe repaired our garage door by replacing a broken spring, one with a lifetime warranty. They also showed me where to lubricate the door to keep it in good working order. They arrived a little late, but worked quickly to install the spring and were on their way to the next stop. Deluxe was very accomodating with their scheduling (they would've send someone out ASAP, but it didn't work within my schedule). I would hire them again.

Description of Work: John did a great job on the initial call. Originally, we were just going to replace a broken torsion spring. Both our doors and openers were in pretty rough shape. John described what we could expect if we did a complete replacement of the doors and openers. He called into the office and they came up with a good price for the whole job. John came back out a few days later and installed the 2 new doors and 2 new openers. Very happy with the results.
