Description of Work: Trolley attachment was snapped off when door was lowered into car's bumper. Over the course of an hour, the Deluxe service man spent the time necessary to fabricate a repair that didn't require us to replace a damaged door. | |Very happy and pleased with our Deluxe experience. Will definitely call them anytime our door needs serviced or replaced.

Description of Work: They came out the same day I called and fixed our door that was about to fall off its track. They even had to work around a car that couldn't be moved because it was being worked on. The door works better and sounds quieter than it ever has.

Description of Work: We heard a noise in our garage that we could not find the source of. The next time we opened the garage door, the door came down very quickly. We went on Angie's List and purchased a tune up for our garage door. When the worker arrived, he inspected the garage door and told us the sound we heard was a spring breaking which we could not see because the springs are covered in this model garage door opener. He called into his home office and got the Angie's List price before he gave me the inspection results, so he was fully prepared with numbers, options, etc when we spoke. I really appreciated that. The tune up person could not do the replacement; however, he called his office and they had someone there within the hour. The installer worked diligently and had the installation done in no time! He took the time to explain what he had done and what we could expect from the new opener. All in all, a great experience. We would use again and recommend!
