Description of Work: I ordered on July 16th, they called me on the 16th, Job done on the 17th. The service rep inspected the overhead door opener, springs, pulleys, etc. troubleshooting and attempting to repair existing overhead door opener first. Then replaced with new door opener. He did not attempt to steer me into something I did not need or could not afford. He was honest and forthright with what needed to be done.
