Service person was prompt, professional and polite. All contact with the office was timely and courteous. The service person explained what he did, what he thought needed to be done next with a general time line and rough estimate. Will use them again when we are ready to replace door. Highly recommend.

When I got home from the work being done the garage door was out of alignment and a significant amount of light was coming through one of the sides. I had to look up YouTube videos and adjust the door myself to get it level and back into alignment. Not sure what it was they actually did but it wasn't worth a penny.

Great job. I have used Deluxe Door more than a half dozen times for my own home and several investment properties that I manage. They have always been professional, punctual and very reasonably priced. Consumers will know when their best interest is being attended to and with Deluxe Door that is apparent. The 2 technicians from Deluxe Door arrived promptly at the chosen time and went right to work. I thought the repair would have been a quick 5 minute correction to the opener's timing....but the 2 technicians needed about 30 minutes to get the garage door opener back on track. I watched the entire repair process and this was definitely not a DIY type repair.... and yet the repair itself required no additional parts. Deluxe Door technicians are very knowledgable and I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

Same day service. Tech called ahead, arrived on time. Explained costs before any work was done. Did not try to sell anything I did not need. Everything fixed in less than an hour. Door works better than it has in years.

Super! The service tech called to tell me when he would be here and arrived as promised. He was honest about the door's status and what was needed and what didn't need to be done and explained why for each. He even provided suggestions for regular homeowner maintenance.

Called Deluxe Door Systems to fix one of my garage doors. Ended up being a laser that was out of line...guys still hung around for about 30 minutes after correcting the problem and checked everything else. Were courteous, professional, knowledgeable...couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I bought the Big Deal, which was a garage door tune-up and roller replacement. I got lucky that the deal was offered when it was, since the morning I got the email offering it, one of my rollers disintegrated. I bought the deal that morning, and Deluxe contacted me almost immediately and offered to come out the next day. They showed up exactly when they said they would, performed the services offered, didn't offer some kind of up sell, as everything else with the system was in order, and they were gone in about 20 minutes. Great experience.

Mark was great at explaining what my garage door needed and understood that I didn't want to spend a lot of money since I'm a single mom. He helped me get an excellent price for a complete new garage door system. I was very happy with their work and the door looks great. The technician was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My system is unusual (8 ft garage door vs. standard 7 ft), so I needed a custom part not carried on the trucks. I was afraid I'd be rescheduled, but he immediately went to get the needed part was back very quickly. He did not try to up-sell me at all... he even counseled me against paying an extra $100 for new rollers. He helped get my existing remotes synched with the new opener. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Not well. the company had been responsive and punctual. I had many services done, including new openers, springs, rollers, and tune ups. The cable was coming off, and they came to fix it. It repeatedly broke again after a short period of time. they came out this past Saturday. By Thurs next it was broken again. I asked that they come back and fix it. They did not want to come back because I expected it to be done correctly-and felt that coming back a couple of times to repair what was not done correctly should be paid for again and again. My sense is that they either do not know how to fix it, or did a poor job of fixing it. Initially they appeared to want to stand behind the work. Now they suggested I find another provider, which I am doing.

Kevin was efficient, personable and competent in completing the work. The garage door is working well and he explained future maintenance needs.

They fixed both of our issues and he oiled and tightened up the garage door. I called for an appointment, they came out promptly and were on time, they did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I've used them before and I will hire them again if need be.

After making some strange noises for a few days, our garage door stopped opening. A medal bar across the top was clearly bent in several places. We called Deluxe Door Service at 5:30 PM on Monday. They were here at 9 AM Tuesday morning and it was fixed by 10! They didn't have my correct phone number (they had recorded one incorrect digit when I called), so I didn't get a call before they came, but it worked out OK. The door's problem was a broken spring. The one they replaced it with has a lifetime warranty. They guys that came were courteous, worked quickly and gave us a fully functional door in just a few minutes. From what I could tell, their price was in line with what others were charging for similar services (although I didn't shop around --- was just happy to get some prompt service). We will certainly use them again, should we have need for similar services in the future.

I called Deluxe Door Systems on the morning of 1/4/2016 because our garage door stopped opening. Two service techs, Mark and Brian were at my home by mid afternoon. They reported I had a broken spring which was causing the problem. The replaced the broken spring as well as the other spring as a preventative measure along with replacing two hinges which were in need of replacement. They were very professional, safety conscious and gave me advice on how often and where to lubricate parts of the garage door system. I will contact Deluxe Door Systems, Inc. for future service when needed.

I contacted Deluxe Door Systems on the evening of Monday December 28 after having an incident with the garage door and received a call back that very night. I scheduled service for the very next day between 2:00 and 5:00. The repairman actually called around 1:30 and was already on his way to the house. We were not yet home but let him know he could go ahead and begin work if he wanted. By the time we got home around a half hour later, the work was already completed and an invoice was left in our front door. He even repaired the trim on the side of the garage that was damaged. Amazing work. Excellent service. Incredible responsiveness. I will definitely use them again.

Upon buying the online special here at Angie's List, I was contacted promptly and scheduled the visit. The gentleman and his assistant were on time and efficient and completed all the work as well as adjusted the door so it would work better. Both were knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I couldn't beat the price for all the work that was done. They even assisted trying to get my car's garage door opener to operate with my door. I truly appreciated all that they did.

Excellent experience overall. The exterior of our house was in process of being painted and we needed the garage door weather stripping replaced quickly before painter painted garage doors and trim. Jenn in the office took my call and scheduled me for next day service. She also walked me through the weatherstripping options and explained I could come into office to take home color samples to match up with my house paint. They stock Clopay accessories, the same manufacturer as my garage doors so I was assured of compatibility. Picked up the color samples that same afternoon, called the next morning with my color selection. They even recognized there was one additional color I should consider, and sent the technician to my house with the additional color sample first thing in morning before finalizing the color selection and picking up materials from warehouse. Jeremy the technician was right on time and did nice work, scraping off old paint and caulking before applying the new materials so the finished product after house painting looked great. The pricing was competitive with other garage door service providers and became a no brainer with the Angie's List service call discount they offered. Excellent service provided, both from the staff in the office and Jeremy doing the actual work. Exceeded my expectations with all the help on the color selection and getting the work done within 24 hours of my call!

Mark and his associate did a wonderful job in replacing old garage door opener. He also lubricated the hinges and replaced missing nuts. He also provided tips to keep the garage door and opener in good working condition. We hare very satisfied with the work.

Overall, service was good. Only concern is the diameter of the rollers is a bit small, relative to the dimension of the track. The rollers are quiet, as is their main feature/benefit. Also, the service techs peeled off my original garage door service providers sticker, without asking me. Not a big concern, because the original company is good and I remember their contact information. However, no contractor should manage my household information stickers, documents, etc. That is not their domain.

Went very well. Jeff was professional and gave you confidence in his company and product when he gave the estimate. Shelby (in the office) was good to work with and efficient. Jeremy was prompt and very efficient and courteous when he installed the garage door. It's only been in a day, but so far, we are very pleased. We also feel confident that they would promptly take care of problems should there be any, but I don't foresee any. Think it's a good product and was installed properly. We've used the company in the past for garage door repairs and were pleased. When we decided to go with a new garage door, they were our first choice.
