+ -1 moreDIDN'T START ON TIME, DEMANDED MONEY BEFORE WORK WAS COMPLETED. HAD SEVERAL NO-SHOW DAYS AND SUPERVISOR DIDN'T KNOW WHERE HE WAS. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE JOB, HE CHANGED THE NAME AND PHONE NUMBER OF HIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: PUT IN A STONE PATIO AND RETAINING WALL AS WELL AS A WATER FEATURE.
