+ -1 moreIt was honestly the best experience we have ever had with an agent. We have moved 9 times in 9 years. We have had all kinds of experiences with agents. She was the best so far. Deb was so dedicated to us. When I would ask for a referral for any type of contractor (home owners insurance, carpet cleaner, and even a dog kennel) everyone said the same thing - Just what a nice, dedicated, honest and a good person she is.
Description of Work: Deb Woodard was our agent to purchase our new home. I can not say enough nice things about her. She was WONDERFUL!!! She spent months helping me find the perfect home with the perfect price. We started looking in the spring and due to a surgery I had to have, I had to post-pone my house hunting ;( But, it was a good thing because, not long after my surgery we were relocated from Gahanna to the Cleveland area. I asked Deb to be our agent in the Cleveland area. She offered to find me an agent up there if I wanted her to. But, I wanted her. She really listened to my wants and needs. I felt so comfortable with her. Within a week we had found the school district and location I wanted to be in. Within another week I had an offer on a house. She REALLY looked out for our best intrest.
