The windows were installed today, and they really look good. They are much heavier construction than the "builders" windows that were in before. The work crew was very careful about areas both inside and outside the house. Its too early to tell, but just today I noticed the windows were cool to the touch, and the bedroom hadn't heated up as usual.I'm betting these windows will pay for themselves in short order. The whole experience with Direct Windows was great. I couldn't have asked for more. The order was correct, it was on time and the install was flawless. What more can you ask for. You can be sure I'll use them when I replace the East windows.

This is my first house and I wanted to be warm this winter. I am a single woman and am skeptical of the in home sales industry. However, Jordan was very professional in his presentation and calmly answered my million questions. After I agreed to the price, Andrew called me a couple of days later and came out and took exact measurements of all my windows. The window crew, led by Wes, was very respectful of my house and I was so relieved to see drop cloths everywhere. The gutter crew was equally efficient. I love my new windows - now I am ready for winter!

Badly. The windows were incorrectly installed. Water came into the porch under the window frames after a bad rain storm through bad caulking that left holes . This showed that the bottom weep holes were covered. The installer admitted his error but refused to re-install them correctly. He offered to pull the boards off and cut them down but didn't even look to see that the bottom windows were attached to the same board; I'm sure he wouldn't re-install them either. When I pointed this out, he said he would drill holes in front of the weep holes but this did not solve the problem of drainage either. Also, he may have damaged the windows because he did not use a depth stop on the drill. The contract has a 10 year labor warranty but I can't get them to return my calls to correct the problem. When I called the window company, they said that the weep holes must be completely exposed for the windows to work properly. I should have followed my gut and gone with another company. Sometimes it is far better to spend more money on companies with proven reputations! The sad thing is that I really like the windows. Learn from my mistake. I thought that I had vetted the company thoroughly but there wasn't much information about them.

I love our new Windows. They are keeping the house more temperate and they are easy to use and clean. Appreciate the promptness ans cleanliness of the job! Great company and no complaints.

The installer was very friendly and paid attention to detail. The owner stopped by to check on the progress. We are extremely happy with the results it makes our house feel brand new. The installer even treated our dog like his own!

WOW! I called to get an estimate from Deal Direct and I spoke to Jordan immediately. I have never called to get an estimate and spoken to someone that quickly - from ANY company! I was able to get an appointment quickly and Jordan showed up, right on time. He provided me with a variety of options that best fit my needs. His presentation was top notch - he showed me actual products (no one else has done this), and explained all the pros and cons, based on my particular needs/wants.The most impressive part or Jordan's presentation was the "heat mirror" windows. This is what sold me to go with them, since no other company even offered it! One thing I noticed was that the windows Jordan presented me with were much more efficient than the other companies I had come out to give estimates - and they were lower in cost. I haven't signed the contract yet, as this is part of a much larger project, but I will certainly be hiring this company! Do yourself a favor and call this company - you will not be disappointed. Jordan is a real gem, and I appreciated the way he talked to me about my options without pressuring me.

Everyone from the company was courteous and professional from start to finish. They did a great job and I have already recommended to family and friends. I love my new Windows, especially how much quieter new Windows make it.
