+ -1 moreWhen I was picking out paint for the first time, I had 7 paints. David gave me suggestions to figure about lights in the various lights when all of the almost looked alike. After 2 weeks, David painted and it was beautiful. The last paint that two showed David for 2 paints and I was able to find the right one. David was thrilled, and so was I.
Description of Work: I have used David for years. He is honest, finds me the best paint, helps me to gets the best deal, etc.. He does everything himself, he is meticulous, and cleans up when it is finished. He can take small projects or very large ones.

+ 0 moreDave was wonderful. He arrived at our house exactly when he said he would. He is a very professional and hard-working person. He talked everything over with us so there would be no mistakes. I could not believe he was done in 4 days. He kept everything spotless and was focused on the job he was doing. You could not have a nicer person in your home. My husband and I were thrilled with the job he did for us.
Description of Work: Dave painted our living room, dining room, kitchen/office, hallways, and down the stairs which gave him a very high walls to paint. He caulked all cracks between crown molding and the walls. Dave also helped us decide upon what paint finishes would be best to use in our home. We used two paint colors and three paint finishes. He told us it would be less expensive if we bought the paint and used his discount, and he wanted to be sure that we actually liked the paint on the walls before we bought all the paint. He also painted our doors and put caps into the screw holes on the inside of our front and back doors. Cleaned everything up at the end.

+ -1 moreDave was incredible. When he came out to give us an estimate, Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the pros and cons of flat vs. semi-gloss paint and was able to tell us how many coats it would take to cover the old paint in the home using either flat or semi-gloss. Also, he has a background as an artist painter and we valued his opinion on paint colors and finish. From start to finish, the job took about one week, as he estimated. He worked every day until it was complete. Not like the horror stories we've heard about contractors who start the job, then disappear for a month. The house was so beautiful after it was completed, we thought about moving back in (we were all moved into a new home). The most impressive thing was that Dave removed exhaust fan vent covers in the bathroom and kitchen which were really filthy and washed them before putting them back up. He also cleaned the doorbell housing. We were really happy with the quality of his work!!
Description of Work: Dave painted the interior of our empty 1350 square foot 1951 ranch. We had already moved out, so there wasn't any furniture. He painted two bedrooms, an office, a great room (large open living room and dining room space) and kitchen.
