+ -1 moreThey tried extensively to fix a gas leak but apparently couldn't find it because they had to install a valve at the fireplace and another in the basement under the fireplace. I was glad they advised the valves as a solution rather than ''you need all new gas lines to the fireplace''. Ugh.

+ -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT TO FIX A LEAK IN THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM. I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK, BECAUSE IT LEAKED AGAIN WITHIN A WEEK. THEY SAID THEY FORGOT TO TIGHTEN SOMETHING. OK, I FORGAVE THEM; MY FAULT. I HAD THEM COME OUT AGAIN AND INSTALL A UTILITY TUB IN THE BASEMENT. THREE HOURS LATER THE PIPES THEY JUST SOLDERED TOGETHER WERE LEAKING CREATING AN EMERGENCY REPAIR CALL (WITH ASSOCIATED COSTS) TO ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE NO ONE WAS ANSWERING THEIR 24 HOUR "HOTLINE". THEN THE GUY COMES IN AND TROMPS AROUND MY HOUSE IN HIS BOOTS WITHOUT KNOCKING OFF THE SNOW AFTER ASKING HIM TO PLEASE WIPE HIS FEET. CHOOSE ANOTHER PLUMBER.
Description of Work: INSTALLED BASEMENT LAUNDRY TUB, FIXED UPSTAIRS LEAK IN BATHROOM SINK AND FIXED OUTSIDE SPIGOT.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE'VE USED THEM BEFORE AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT ON A SATURDAY IN AN EMERGENCY BACKUP SITUATION, WHICH WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL.
Description of Work: THEY DID DRAIN CLEANING OF OUR MAIN SEWER LINE IN RESPONSE TO A BACKUP, THEY USED THE EEL TO CLEAN IT OUT.
