Description of Work: DAVID FINISHED 1400 SQUARE FEET OF BASEMENT, INCLUDING PARTITIONING FOR ROOMS INCLUDING FULL BATH AND BAR AREA. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR DESIRE TO OPEN UP THE STAIRWELL AND TURN THE DOWNSTAIRS INTO A CONTINUATION OF OUR FIRST FLOOR LIVING AREA. HE WAS EXTREMELY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL, AND DID A THOROUGH CLEANUP AFTERWARDS. HE STARTED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND FINISHED ALSO WITHIN THE TIMELINE HE HAD GIVEN US. OF ALL THE COMPANIES WE INTERVIEWED IN OUR HOME, HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO CAME WITH A PORTFOLIO, REFERENCES, AND A NEARBY FINISHED JOB FOR US TO EXAMINE. HE GAVE US IDEAS THAT WE HADNT CONSIDERED, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE EXCELLENT.
