Description of Work: They removed an outside window ledge that was destroyed by carpenter ants and an area by a roof eave that was warped. |It went very well and they were very conscientious about arriving on time and cleaning up the area that they worked upon.

EXCELLENT, SEE ABOVE
Description of Work: HAD A FIRE CONTAINED TO THE 2ND FLOOR OF A 70 YEAR OLD HOME. ROOF TRUSSES AND CEILING BEAMS NEEDED REPLACED, AS WELL AS ROOF DECKING, AND HALF ROOF RESHINGLED. DAVE WAS EXCELLENT IN COMMUNICATION, DESCRIBING THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED, AND HIS FOLLOWUP ON THE WORK DURING THE VARIOUS STAGES. ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED AS DESCRIBED, CLEANUP WAS COMPLETE, AND ALL CITY INSPECTIONS PASSED SUCCESSFULLY. IN ADDITION, DAVE WAS ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE, ALWAYS MET APPOINTMENTS, AND ALWAYS RETURN OR ANSWERED CALLS PROMPTLY. THANKS DAVE!

Description of Work: Dave came to our house for an estimate. He was very polite and knowledgable. The estimate was a little higher than we had hoped and will have to get a few more before proceeding. May have to put project off a little while. Dave is a ture professional and I do hope we have the opportunity to work with him.
