No longer doing windows or doors.

They were wonderful. They got the job done in two days.

Their work was prompt, professional and thorough. They did an excellent job for us. I definitely recommend them and will use them again

They were great. It was a father and son team. In summer one of the windows wouldn’t open all the way and once I called them they were out in a day to fix the problem. They are neat and cleaned up after themselves. They did everything they said they would for the price they quoted. I’ve recommended them to several other people.

Rusty and Doug came together to give me a quote. They measured up the windows and called me a few hours later. I was suprised that the windows were in the units with in 2 weeks. My tenants were very happy and everything went as they said it would.

D&R had the lowest quote for the work among the several companies we contacted. Doug and Rusty worked methodically and efficiently over a two-day period. They cleaned up as they moved from room to room, and the new windows look great. We hope to see a measurable improvement in our gas bills this winter. After they finished, I did notice that one of our marble window sills was cracked. I called Doug, and he came out to look at it. He said he would have another sill made and install it. It took a couple of weeks, but he replaced the sill in about twenty minutes, and it looks as if the crack never occurred. We are very satisfied with the job overall.

Rusty and his father were great. The cost was the best we could find, and the quality of the work and the windows is great. THey showed up on time and let us know exactly what would happen, when someone needed to be home and what to expect. We compared their prices and the specs of the windows with several other local companies, and by far this was the best price for what we got. THey were available for questions via email or phone and responded immediately. OVerall a good experience.

The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and they were punctual throughout the project. We were very pleased with their work, so we tried to contact them recently. However, they’ve been difficult to get a hold of.

After breaking a window, I decided it was time to replace my old wood windows with vinyl. I have an older house and really didn't need anything fancy, but wanted a decent quality product at a fair price. Mr. Thompson is very professional and arrived at the appointed time. He actually listened to what I wanted and made his suggestions and gave me my options. Most importantly, I did not have to listen to a four hour sales pitch to get the information that i needed. The windows look great installed. I think he did a very nice job with the installation and cleaned up any mess that was left. I feel that the windows are good quality and that Mr. Thompson offered the windows and service at a very fair price. I am very satisfied with the end results and plan on having D & R replace the remainder of my windows in the near future.

Rusty was quick to respond to my phone call and came to give me a quote promptly. He also provided the quote in a timely manner. The work performed was of high quality and they kept me informed on their progress. I am very happy with the service and the quality of the work. I would definately use them again.

Very trustworthy. Wasn't even there for the install. Left the key for him. He was busy, so delivery and install took about 6 weeks to get to my job. Product and workmanship look good inside and out. Would have given him A's across the board, but about 5 weeks in, when I called to check status, it took 5 calls and about 5 days for him to call back and tell me we were still on for install date. Got a little nervous there and expected at least a call back. Other than that, great stuff and likable guy.

The service from D & R, a father and son team, was outstanding from start to finish. Highly knowledgeable about the products and the specific needs for the installation. Fair and reasonable pricing. Great communication. Work completed well within the time frame promised. Careful, meticulous craftsmanship in the installation of the windows and the framing and the sills. Equally fine work on the finish-painting. Highly unusual, in my experience, care and consideration regarding the clean-up. All-around stellar service.

I contacted three and all three were helpful in different ways. It was a good experience and he was knowledgeable and quoted me a price. He let me know what options I had. I haven’t decided if I will be using them.

They did an excellent job and did some other extras that we appreciated. We will use this company again in the future.

I had Rusty over to give me an estimate for seven windows on a newly acquired rental property. He arrived promptly, even with a few minutes to spare, for an estimate. Rusty was the fifth estimate that I received, and the lowest. I arranged for him to do the work, he came over and did an outstanding job. Prompt, very clean, and cost effective. I liked his work so much that I immediately had him come to my home to give me an estimate on two windows in my home. Will do business with him again.

We have a few windows in our home where the seal between the double panes seems to have broken so we're considering having them replaced. We went to Angie's List and saw D & R Installations and invited them to provide a quotation. Their representative arrived right on time for their appointment and we looked at the windows we were considering replacing. We have up to 5 windows we may have replaced - they all probably need it, but it will depend on cost & how much we have to spend. He showed us a sample of their windows and talked about their features & how the screens attached. They're really pretty nifty. He was able to provide us with a "cost per window" kind of quote so we could have as few or as many windows done as we wanted. He was very helpful and we're definitely considering him.

They initially were scheduled to come out during the wind storm power outage but could not since I did not have power. However, they were very accommodating and came out the day after my power came back on. They got all the work done in one day and cleaned up after themselves. They are very pleasant to talk to and answered questions that I had. The window looks GREAT. They did the "initial" dry wall work including taping the joints. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

Doug and Rusty responded to my call promptly and scheduled an appointment to look at the job within the next day. They were extremely informative with giving advice on how the job should be done, but willing to complete it however I wanted it. The work was scheduled quickly. They arrived on time and did an excellent job - more than expected. They are perfectionists in the work they do even coming back the following morning to finish up. They cleaned up the night before as to not have any eyesore's from the outside. I give them an A+ and would recommend then to anyone.

DOUG AND RUSTY ALWAYS WERE RESPONSIVE TO MY CALLS AND INQUIRIES. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER AND FINISHED THE WORK TIMELY, AND EVEN CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO ADJUST A LATCH ON THE GARDEN WINDOW.

THIS SMALL OUTFIT IS TOP NOTCH. VERY PROFESSIOONAL AND REASONABLE PRICING. I WAS A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
