+ -1 moreIn the beginning, the handyman's work was well done and reasonably priced. However, he began to be a no-show week after week and eventually, month after month. The work that was begun in June of '05 and was to have been completed in the Fall, is still not finished as of Aug. of '06. To make matters worse, the remaining work was prepaid, so he already has our money. He did return in May, after being threatened with reporting in this and other venues, but a small electrical job remains unfinished. He has given a number of excuses, one of which has proven false, and has not returned or responded to our calls recently. This is all very sad, as he has a friendly and easy-going nature, and when he has actually showed up to do work, it has been of good quality.
Description of Work: Drywall & carpet removal (mold damage); cleaning of those areas. New drywall installed and finished, new flooring installed, adjustments made to closets, and curtain and sofa cleaned.

+ -1 moreDONALD WAS ON TIME. GAVE ACCURATE ESTIMATES. PERFORMED THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND HIS CREW EVERY NIGHT BEFORE LEAVING!
Description of Work: ELECTRICAL, CARPENTRY, PLUMBING, FOUNDATION TUCK POINTING, DRYWALL, PAINTING AND PLASTERING, CLEANING OF GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS, REHANGING DOWNSPOUTS, INSTALLING WINDOWS AND INSULATING.
