They were the most explicit in their estimate. The work was very good. They did great clean up.

He was extremely understanding of my concerns about my tree and having large branches fall from the tree the night after I called him. He came out the next evening and removed the tree and stump right away. He also looked at a split tree, but said that that tree would not need any extra attention at the moment. He also did some trimming of the other tress in my yard.

Called for an estimate on some basic yard clean-up and tree trimming. Ron came the next day and gave me a written, fair, estimate. He said the work would be done in the next 10 days. After 2 weeks it took three phone calls to get him to return my call. He said he forgot to put the job on the schedule and promised to have it competed in the next couple of days. He never showed up and I was forced to cancel and hire a different company.

It went real well. They knew what I wanted and did it for a reasonable charge. Also, they were very prompt. He and his crew was very friendly. They cleaned up well and I was very satisfied.

I didn't get the service done and pretty much I wasted an afternoon waiting on them to show up so I was frustrated and called them and wasn't happy.

It took over a month and a couple of reminder calls to get Ron to come by and give me an estimate. I called him because a friend had used him and had been very satisfied and because he is a certified arborist. Once I had the estimate, he said he would be out to do the work within 2 weeks and he was. I think he did a very nice job of pruning the Oak tree. He obviously knows correct pruning techniques. I was satisfied with the work he did.

Horrible! They showed up last Fall without our consent to do work that they were never scheduled to do. As 3 condo units, we were collecting estimates for work to be performed collectively on all 3 units. Even though we never contacted Daniel Tree, he sent someone randomly and unsolicited one weekday to do work. They showed up at one of the neighbors ready to do work and it put an already brewing feud into a full battle since they thought we did it on purpose which we didn't. Those same neighbors called Daniel Tree a few weeks back, without the condo association's consent and scheduled a tree to be cut down on MY PROPERTY. I am angry that Daniel Tree would engage in illegal business of doing work on a residence different from the person calling without getting the consent of the actual property owner. Last Thursday, we came home to a huge bare spot on our yard from a tree that was surprisingly cut down. My husband has been attempting to reach Mr. Daniel, and he has not been returning our phone calls. It only leads us to believe that Mr. Daniel knowingly engaged in shady if not illegal business practices. We are hoping to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing legal action, and I'm hoping this report will help facilitate that process.

They did what they were supposed to do, and they did a great job! We are very happy with their work.

He was excellent, prompt and his workers were very good at wanting to know what we wanted and coordinating the work.

The crew of 4 men arrived early afternoon and setup very quickly with a large "cherry-picker" in the driveway to work on a 40 ft Locust tree. They cleared the house roof and took out a lot of deadwood. Another team worked on a large Sugar Maple in the backyard---clearing the house and removing one large limb from storm damage. They also removed a lot of wood from a London Plane and a red oak. The pruning was done very professionally!

They gave me a fair price. They trimmed them and said they would be far enough away from the electrical wires and shape them nicely. I would use them again.

Prompt to respond, careful to avoid any damage to fragile old stone wall, and did thorough clean-up.

They came out did the work and cleaned up well. I never met him just talked to him on the phone. I was very pleased. I would recommend them.

After nearly two months of weather delays (lots of rain), Daniel came out early on Thursday to cut the trees. He and his men proceeded to clean up the tree debris. The yard was too saturated for his equipment. We also kept a few logs, which he didn't mind putting back for me.

The work was done very professionally and much cheaper than the price quoted by a third tree service. This other tree service had been used previously and provided disappointing service at a higher price.

The work they did was good. One problem I had was that I was particularly concerned about some dead branches hanging over my house. They got the ones I could see, but within a month I could tell that there was another huge branch above my house that they didn't cut out. To get to it, they'd have to go from my neighbor's driveway. So I'm really hesitant to have someone come back out. I wasn't very pleased that they didn't get the other branch.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL, HASSLE FREE, AND THEY DID BEAUTIFUL WORK AND CLEANED UP.

They responded immediately; expert and efficient. They cleaned up very well.

Due to 2 of 3 appointments were no shows. Three estimates were obtained and his price was 2 to 3 times higher than others.

The owner was prompt in giving me an estimate. I found his workers to be efficient, polite, and knowledgeable when it came to performing the work. The cost was reasonable, and the clean up good. My trees look better than they have in years. I would definitely recommend this company for their great service.

Daniel Tree Service did an exceptional job from start to finish. Prompt in returning our call for an estimate and quick to estimate. He covered all aspects and even gave tips for questions to ask others. We had had over 10 estimates before hiring Daniel, many who cold knocked offering 'lower cost services.'' Daniel's estimate was very competitive for all they included. Daniel was extremely considerate of our family by calling before arriving (we have a loud dog and 2 babies), making sure we could arrange to be gone during the work (since they had to shut off electric and lower lines), and he even called to see if everything was OK when we returned (electric back on and work satisfactory). The work was done quickly (less than a day)-we hardly knew they were there. The stumps were ground so well, we had grass growing over in no time. I cannot say enough about the company. Outstanding work and very professional, complete service. I wish there was a grade higher than A.

The tree removal crew were prompt, focused on the work at hand, and did a good clean-up of all debris left behind. Ron and his assistant did the stump grinding several days later. They were very professional and thorough in their work. I would highly recommend them for any tree work.
