Matin is a true artist and did an awesome job. He's very meticulous down to the very last detail. He's a pleasure to work with and we're lucky to have such a fine craftsman in Columbus.

He was great, I cannot say enough good things about it. He had everything finished in a timely manner.

I brought the chair over to the workshop to get a quote. He would have come to me, but since I could fit the chair in my car I just brought it to him. He gave me a reasonable quote and had the job finished in about a week. I could not be happier! And the chair is still in great shape two years later.

He returned my call quickly and was great at communicating times he would be out. He was in my house a week and took measures to tape off the kitchen to prevent spray from going into the other rooms. This was not an easy job but he kept at it and the results are great.

I dropped off one chair on April 28 so he could see what needed to be done. Was told that he could do the job and agreed on a fair price. He told me that he would not be able to get to it until about the 15th. of May. He was supposed to refer me to an upholsterer since he didn't do that part of the job. I did not hear from anyone by the 18th. of May so I called back and was told that the upholsterer was out of town and he would call me in a day or two to give me his name and number. I asked when he would like me to bring the other 3 chairs over so he could get the seats cut and reglue them. I was told that he couldn't get to it for another week or more. I waited about a week and called him back. It took 3 tries before I got an answer. He gave me the name of an upholsterer to contact to pick out the fabric for covering the seats. I called the upholsterer and made an appointment to meet with him to pick out fabric - it's now about May 26th. (two days shy of a month since I had dropped off the one chair at Custom Finishing and was no closer to having them done). Long story short, the upho;sterer told me he could cut the seats and upholster them and told me of another person he knew who would do the regluing. I decided to pick my chair up from Custom Refinishing and use these other people. Expect to be sitting on the chairs no later than June 10th. (probably sooner). The companies I am now using are: Crown Custom Upholstering Black's Furniture Restoration I will be happy to review these companies after I receive my chairs back.

The table had a oval spot on it that was crazy glue and felt that was on the table for about 5 years along iwth other scratches. He had do refinish the entire table top and the two leaves. We talked about the finish I wanted and he said he would bring the table back when done and if I didn't like the shine he would re do it. He picked up the table when he said he would and had it back right on time. The table looks brand new. He did a great job and I will defintely use him again. The pick up and delivery was in the cost.

Very well, Martin was courteous and pleasant. I was a little intimidated about having a professional take over this job because I thought he might criticize the work that I had done, but, Martin was supportive of the work I had put in. He has some very nice people skills!
