We worked with them before and they did some yard work for us about a year and a half ago. They did a good job and were thorough.

They were very responsive on the estimate, very clear with my questions in response to the estimate. They were very prompt in completing the work.

The service they did was fine, but they did not come when they said they would.

Kevin and Noni are very professional and ethical! It is clear that customer service is high on their list and is very evident when you are in communication with them and from the services they provide. Complete and thorough lawn care when needed. My lawn never became over grown and Kevin never provided service when it wasn't needed (even if that meant my lawn went over the initial cutting arrangement.) It is comforting to know that I can trust this company and my lawn looked better than ever. In addition to lawn care, Curb Appeal provides snow removal service to me. Not only did Kevin remove snow, but took extra time to break up ALL the ice on my driveway, walk way, and the sidewalk in front of my property. It was as if it the storm never hit my driveway! I will definitely continue to use Curb Appeal.

This is a great service for those of us who do not want to spend time maintaining flower beds. Most companies don't have this service a la carte. Though there were some initial issues with basic professionalism (incomplete work, no-call-no-shows for scheduled service times, etc.), Kevin and Melanie gradually got better. Based on their good basic work we tried to give them more substantial work (which of course meant more money for them), but there was always something that prevented us from closing the deal (misleading prices, no-call-no-shows for scheduled contract appointments, etc.). So we decided to stick with the basic services. If you need basic lawn mowing, core aeration, and bed maintenance work, they're good. If you need larger landscaping projects performed, then you'll want to go with another company, as anything above basic lawn maintenance seems to be beyond their expertise. We will use them again for the basic maintenance services in 2007.

HE DID A VERY GOOD JOB, AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND IT WAS NICE WORKING WITH HIM.
