It didn't go. During my first conversation with him, I told him that we have well water and we had limited water supply and he said that was no problem. He said that he had a 400 gallon tank and that he would fill it and bring it to my house. We set a date a few weeks out for him to do the job. The day he was supposed to come to my house he called and said he didn't have enough hose to reach around my house. He said he had 140 ft of hose, and I. Told him many times that he would not need more than half of that amount to reach the entire job. Then he said that he didn't want to go back and forth to get more water after going through the first 400 gallons. He said he could wash 2500sf with the first 400 gallons of water and I told him to come out and wash 2500 sf and we would go from there. He made up every excuse possible and even admitted that his behavior was unprofessional. If he didn't want the job, he should have told me 3 weeks ago when we booked it. I have landscapers coming in tomorrow and we have visitors coming to town next week, and my house will not look the way I want it to because of him. My thought is that he doesn't have the water tank at all. Plain and simple, he lied to me. If he couldn't do the job, he should have said that from the get-go so that I could have found someone who was capable. I didn't know he was going to pull out of the job until a couple of hours AFTER he was to show up to my house. He quotes cheap prices, but remember, you get what you pay for, at least as it relates to the level of professionalism that you will receive from Kevin. Proceed with caution when considering their services.
Description of Work: I contacted him to pressure wash my brick patio and walkways.
