It went well. Dave was very professional to deal with during the construction of our deck and keeping us informed of changes. The carpenters, Cyle and Dakota were fantastic. They built the deck from the footers to completion of railings, decking, privacy panels and steps. They too were very professional, always ready to answer our questions and listen to our input. They showed up early, worked quietly and cleaned up their equipment after every workday. The project was scheduled to take about 3 weeks but because of manufacturing delays in material shipments took about 9 weeks.

I contacted Creative Earthscapes for an estimate and patio/deck design ideas. It took over 2 weeks before they stopped by to discuss the project, but that’s understandable since they are busy for during the peak season for deck and patio construction. I was patient for a few weeks after the measurements were eventually taken since I assumed they needed extra time to come up with a design idea that would include some type of sketch and maybe even a few photos or descriptions of the materials they recommended for the deck, pavers patio, wall pillars, etc. I had to reach out to them at least four different times to get a status of the quote before it finally arrived a couple weeks later. Unfortunately, I waited a long time for an estimate that appeared to be something quickly thrown together in about 5 minutes. There wasn’t any type of sketch of the proposed deck and patio layout or anything mentioned about the overall design or a description of the materials listed. It was vague, generic, incomplete, and missing several things I specifically requested when measurements were taken a couple weeks earlier. The quote was a disappointment due to a lack of detail, and unfortunately their responsiveness and communication is just as bad. I really hoped to give C.E. a fair chance on this project, but I seem to be putting much more effort into it than they are on their end. I’ve tried multiple times to reach them for additional information and details, but there hasn’t been a single response from anyone, including the lady answering their calls and setting up appointments. She promised to follow up on this estimate and give me some type of update before the end of the day, but that didn’t happen either. The other estimates I received from highly-rated competitors included project details, summaries, sketches, layouts, and sample photos that depicts materials. And those detailed competitor estimates were scheduled and completed within 2 weeks.

Very well. Excellent workmanship with a well- crafted result: our deck to enjoy! Work completed on time. Very polite and professional crew. Thorough clean up when work was completed, which included power washing our sidewalks and driveway. Great job.

It went well. It did take a long time to get a permit, but once that happened they pretty much completed the job quick. I would say that I was disappointed that they did not take any consideration of my flowers which were completely destroyed. However, the craftmanship and skill in their work was very nice, and we are happy with the end result.

Excellent service from beginning to end! All employees are amazing, The service is impeccable and everyone is extremely knowledgeable. The deck building team was always on time and we were kept in the loop with all the project steps. I will use Creative Earthscapes for future projects.

Creative Earthscapes recently completed a patio at our house. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were a pleasure to work with from the start. I couldn't make up my mind on several aspects of the patio and Chad/Kelli were very supportive of all my questions/requests and went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the final product. They were able to seamlessly address minor alterations I requested during installation and produced a quality product at a very competitive price. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any outdoor project and have already done so to several of my colleagues.

The guys showed up bright and early Monday morning like I was told and were very professional. They told me the job would take 4 days and they were done in 3! It is beautifully constructed - we love it!

It wasn't the best. They didn't do the topsoil, or the ivy. They were prompt and professional.

The deck turned out great. They did a great job installing horizontal wire that we wanted for clear viewing rather than the common vertical wood slats. They kept their promise on lenght that it would take complete. Cleaned everything up when completed. Price was below other bigger contractors.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. They are great, they were great. They came out, the guy talked with me, asked me some questions what I knew about trees and about landscaping stuff. He gave some verbal recommendations. He drew a diagram up and e-mailed it to me. When I called him I told him it was for advice. He gave me his insight, it was quick and it was awesome. He sent me a drawing. It was exactly for what he did. I paid for it for a neighbor of mine who is older and we take care of her property for her. All the neighbors got together and did it in a half a day.

Great service and great price. Would use again.

Looks AWESOME!!!! Chad and his team did a great job. I highly recommend. Just like the other review states, very professional, punctual and fast. I know fast can seem worrisome to many people but he has a pretty size able crew who works all day, start to finish and they do a great job. If you look on his website you will see pics from our house, it has a gazebo / deck / paver / Fire-pit. It's really cool. Chad has gone above and beyond for us. We cannot say enough good things. I hired a painter to paint our gazebo and he made such a mess, got paint all over the deck and the gazebo balusters. Chad saw how distraught I was and got out there and helped me try to clean it off. He's actually coming back out to replace the balusters for us, even though he had nothing to do with the incident. He's a good guy, great company. Nothing but positive things to say.

We obtained 4 fence estimates and decided to contract with Chad Zofkie, the owner of Creative Earthscapes. Chad and his crew were very professional. They listened to our ideas for fencing and offered suggestions on placement of fence. We have a sloping landscape and are very satisfied with the look and layout of fence.

Chad and his team were not only punctual but extremely polite. They planted several trees, put in 4 new beds and accented with pop out roses and day lilies. They not only exceeded my expectations with their creativity but in all categories across the board. I am having them come back out next week to do the lighting in the yard as a matter of fact. As an example of their responsiveness they were able to finish the entire project before I could even get another highly rated company to even come out for the initial consultation! I highly recommend Creative Earthscapes.

He listened to my ideas of what I wanted and gave me some great suggestions to make the finished product even better than I had envisioned. Very good about working with me on the terms and schedule. I have additional landscaping work to be done and plan on calling him again.
