The overall experience was excellent. Guy is very responsive (he's not shy about sending text msgs or calling if needed) and professional. He was able to take our vision for a new bathroom (from Houzz and Pinterest) and turn it into a reality for us. He actually completed the work over three years ago and we're still very pleased with the quality of the work he did

Guy was fabulous and professional. He was clear about pricing and how changes to design would affect that, he went with us to the store to pick out tile options, and was personable along the way. He came up with creative solutions for a window that would be in the way of an extended shower, and he was diligent in working as to not affect other areas of the house. We have 4 small children, and he was kind to them, talked to them, and was extremely trustworthy. Some other quotes came in similarly to change the whole layout of the bathroom vs keeping some of the shell he did. But we felt like those probably would have landed higher when it was all said and done. His quote was right on target, and we appreciated that. The finished product is stunning. And a year later, we are still loving it!

Now that we've had our new master bathroom for a few months now, I couldn't imagine it any other way. And that's in thanks to Guy and his wonderful team! Guy helped us choose finishes and features that complemented each other, and offered so many suggestions to improve functionality. When multiple issues from other contractors’ past remodeling were discovered during demolition, Guy was quick to discuss and find the best solution. Communication was thorough and easy. Project ended under budget and on time! We would love to use Creative Bath again for another project!

We were pleased with Guy since he walked in the door to give us a bid for our bathroom. He is an excellent communicator, extremely hard working, and really cares about the quality of the his work. We are enjoying our beautiful remodeled bathroom. A couple of great things that may set him apart from other contractors, my kids loved him, he used a white noise fan during nap time, and he cleaned up after himself every night. Swept the garage, vacuumed and wiped down the stairs. All things that speak to the type of contractor he is and the quality he produces. Highly recommend Guy!

Guy was amazing! This was our first time using a company to do anything, since my husband can do the work, but no time to get it done. He was on time, professional, & kept us in the loop on everything. We LOVE our master bathroom and I cannot put into words how relieved we were choosing him.

Guy did a magnificent job. The master bath is wonderful. Guy was also able to replace the floor in the hall shower without damaging the rest of the shower tiles (other bathroom renovators told us that we'd have to gut the bathroom and replace everything). He was also able to have the green subway tile and sink in the powder room recolored a glossy white that looks brand new.
