horribly, they overcharged compared to their competition by over a $1000 and then did not honor the warranty that they put in writing, they charge hourly and not by the job and they charge a per visit charge separately and they charge separately for use of the camera, you will go broke using Crawford for plumbing, they have various hourly rates that show up as a surprise on each invoice

I used Crawford Mechanical Services to unclog a sewer line due to water back up. Technician came on Monday, as scheduled, ran a short drain snake, at a cost of $ 354.00 to me, but had water back up again by Thursday. Called the office early on Friday to report the problem. This company will charge full service again and will not warrant their work. They sent another technician, late afternoon on Friday "just to look". The man didn't attempt to unclog the the drain and only offered digging exterior pipes at a cost of $2,000.00. The man was rude, unpleasant, disrespectful and clearly didn't want to be there. Called supervisor to report but didn't return call. This company offers very poor costumer service, will give you all kind of run around and will take advantage of costumers with plumbing problems. They do not have your best interest in mind. Be very cautious and careful to invite them into your home.

The guys were great, the service was excellent.

I emailed the company I on a Sunday and got a response that dayou from Susan Crawford. She CC her office person with her reply and was contacted the next day. I was quoted up to $3000 for this job from another company so I jumped on this price. Crawford quoted at $1000 The workers arrived in the morning with their bobcat to dig up the yard. There were lots of roots in the way which complicated things. When done I had water going down to the street from my gutters finally! I did have to do some seeding of grass and spread dirt and rocks around my property that were leftover. The bobcat tracks needed to be reseeded. Crawford Mechanical did the work they quoted in a timely manner and were professional and friendly. I plan to use them again for plumbing related problems in the future.

Crawford (CMS) came out to fix a plumbing issue prior to our home purchase so we decided to use them for plumbing issues that i still occurring after we gained possession. In our first appointment, the technician was 3 hours late and did not come with the proper equipment to fix the issue. Another time was scheduled to correct the draining issues. Not only was the technician a no show for our appointment, there has not been any responses from the office to schedule a new appointment or apologize for not showing up even after I had left several message.

This company did work for us in the past and we were pleased. What we did not like was how they changed the billing and did not inform of this until the job was finished. They bill by the job not they hour. The bill we were sent was not itemized so we don't even know how much was for labor and how much was for parts. Because of this, we will never ever use them again.

Things dried up well, so it appears I'm "good to go"! As my contacts with the company went very professionally, I would be comfortable referring them to other customers.

CMS SENT A PLUMBER WITHIN 2 HOURS AFTER NOTIFING THEM. THE INSTALL WENT VERY WELL. THE COMPANY TOOK AWAY THE OLD WATER HEATER. VERY CARING PROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE $173.OO PRICE INCULDED THE COLUMBUS PERMIT. OTHER COMPANIES I CALLED WERE IN THE $400 TO $500 PRICE RANGE

I called them at 7:30 a.m. and they were here before 9 a.m. that same day. He fixed both toilets and did a great job!

Worst work we've ever had done. Installed shower incorrectly and left a tool down the drain - even after being asked about it. Shower needed to be replaced by another contractor. Terrible also at returning calls and keeping appointments.

The job was well done, quickly done, cleanly done.

CMS is the installer for Home Depot. Purchased a water heater on-line and was contacted by CMS the next day to schedule an appointment. Installer called when he was leaving his last job, on the way to pick up the water heater from Home Depot. This was great for me as it gave me time to meet him at my house from work, and was well within the time frame quoted. Installer was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. Install went quickly (about 60 minutes) as this was a relatively straight forward install/replace. I would certainly consider them for other plumbing work.

Mr. Hendershot was prompt, courteous, and thorough in making certain the hot water heater connected correctly and was working correctly before he finished. He explained and answered my questions thoroughly. He was friendly and very polite. I would contact them myself if I ever have future plumbing/piping problems.

Michelle, the lady in the office, did an excellent job of straightening out the mess with Home Depot (they did not send the order, so I was waiting around half the day for a phone call that never came). Steve, the plumber who did the installation was very quick (under an hour) and thorough. Came within the 2-hour window estimated by Michelle. Left the work area in good condition. Was very thorough in explaining the new water heater to me. Very comfortable with their work; would gladly have them do work for me again.

JOB 1. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY NICE. THE COMPANY CALLED THAT HE WOULD BE LATE. JOB 2. ROCKY THE PLUMBER WAS VERY NICE, AND DID THE JOB. I LIKED THE FACT THAT HE COVERED HIS (DIRTY) SHOES WITH SHOE COVERS PRIOR TO COMING IN MY HOUSE. I WAS NOT CHARGED A FEE AS I HAD ALREADY PAID WHEN THE FLUSHER WAS ORIGINALLY FIXED.

THE INSTALLER WAS NICE. HOWEVER, AFTER HE LEFT I DISCOVERED THAT EVERY CONNECTION WAS LEAKING. THE LEAKS WERE SMALL BUT TOOK ME A DAY AND A HALF TO FIX. I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE JOB WAS DONE CORRECTLY AND AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

STEVE, THE INSTALLER, WAS ON TIME, AND INSTALLATION WENT WELL. DID AN OK JOB. SEEMED LIKE MY PROBLEM FOR NEEDING A NEW HEATER COULD NOT BE EXPLAINED TO ME CLEARLY.

THEY DID NOT WANT TO HONOR THE DISCOUNT. TWO DIFFERENT PLUMBERS DID WORK POORLY OR INCOMPLETELY. IDENTIFIED PROBLEM WITH A SUMP PUMP, I EXCHANGED IT, BUT THE PLUMBER FORGOT TO KEEP AN NEEDED PIECE, WHICH ADDED COST. THEY USED INCOMPATIBLE PIPE THAT LEAKED. ANOTHER PLUMBER SAID THESE SHOULD NEVER BE USED TOGETHER. QUALITY OF PARTS USED AND WORK DONE CONFLICTED WITH PROMISES MADE. HE RECONNECTED THE TRAP BADLY. THE FAUCETS WERE INSTALLED BADLY, AND THEY COULDN'T FIX IT. THEY USED PLASTIC FEED LINES, INSTEAD OF METAL I REQUESTED DUE TO POORLY STOCKED TRUCK. RELUCTANT TO ADD SHUT OFF VALVE WHERE IT WAS NEEDED. POOR CLEAN UP AFTER, A LEAK LEFT A CABINET SATURATED. THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO KNOW SOLUTIONS THAT WOULD BE BASIC KNOWLEDGE TO A PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER. WOULD NOT EXCHANGE MY CHECK FOR A CASH PAYMENT. WOULDN'T LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS, UNWILLING TO RESOLVE PROFESSIONALLY.

THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY, AND FIXED THE PROBLEM AT NO CHARGE.

PURCHASED UNIT AT 1:00 PM AND RECEIVED PHONE CALL FROM CRAWFORD WITHIN 1 HOUR TO SCHEDULE INSTALLATION. THEY SHOWED UP AT THE TIME THAT THEY SCHEDULED AND INSTALLATION WENT SMOOTHLY. THEY LEFT THE AREA CLEAN AND JUST THE WAY THEY FOUND IT.

I HAD A PROBLEM IN THE MORNING AND THEY WERE HERE IN THE AFTERNOON. I HAD USED THEM ONCE BEFORE AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

THE PLUMBER DID A GREAT JOB ON ALL OF THE WORK,AND HIS PRICE WAS MUCH, MUCH BETTER THAN ANOTHER PLUMBER WHO DID A SIMILAR JOB FOR ME IN THE PAST. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYBODY.

DON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND DID A GREAT JOB. HIS SUPERVISOR, CHAD, WAS A ''DUFUS'', IE. I HAD TO CALL HIM 3 TIMES TO FIND OUT WHEN THEY WERE COMING OUT. HE NEVER TOLD ME, BUT SCHEDULED HIS PLUMBER TO COME OUT AND I WASN'T HOME. HE SENT HIM OUT SHORTLY AFTERWARD WHEN I CALLED HIM ABOUT THE MISSED APPT.
