The light fixture needed to be installed so that it could be turned on/off from two different, available light switches. The did the job quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the area when they were finished

They came out on a Thursday to look at what I wanted to have done. I waited 3 days to get an estimate from this company. (I was supposed to get in Friday and didn't get it until Monday when I called again about it). He gave me an estimate of $650-$800 verbally over the phone (nothing in writing). The thing about this estimate was that he said there was a $200 permit fee. I found that to be a bit profound so I called the city building inspection and they told me that it was a standard fee, but based on the nature of the my job, it was not the correct permit. It should have only cost me $75 (which allowed me up to 3 fixtures completed and I was only having 2). I was also informed that the fee schedule has been dated since 2009 and hasn't changed. I'm a bit concerned as to why this company felt that they could charge me an additional $125? Other people wanting to use this company need to double check to make sure that they are being charged the appropriate permit price before proceeding. I'm glad I did.

It was great. He had to special order the replacement smoke detectors for me, and also bought the light specially for my backyard. He was on time, everything went well. I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband called them this morning and they were here within an hour. Two guys came. After doing some investigative work. They discovered some bad wiring in the outlets, a common problem in old houses. They fixed it. They did a great job. The brought shoe covers as requested and used hand sanitizer upon my request because they had to move my personal items. They were two very nice guys. While they were working my husband called to inquire about a discound and they had a $15 discount.

I had requested that they come early in the day, and they were accommodating and showed up promptly. The technician was professional, helpful, and explained everything. Luckily, it was just a minor issue.

I find it a pleasure to commend Countryside Electric for their exemplary performance. I first met with Glen Lehman who took the time to explain in a very thorough manner what size generator was needed to meet our demands in the event we would lose power in the future. Most noteworthy was the fact that Glen did not try and sell me a larger unit than what was needed. His knowledge of his job and professionalism is exemplary. He provided a written proposal in a timely manner at a cost that was very reasonable. During the entire installation process the installers displayed a professional attitude and were very courteous at all times. The installers explained in great detail the steps taken in installing the various parts associated with the generator. The motivation and conscientiousness displayed by Countryside employees clearly exhibited their high degree of expertise and dedication toward their duties and responsibilities. In addition to the great job they did, they also provided some additional services beyond the scope of the original agreement; this was greatly appreciated. The performance displayed by Countryside employees clearly demonstrates that they only hire high quality individuals. The high standards displayed by them reflect well on Countryside. I would highly recommend Countryside.

Everything was fine and I have no complaints. I have some major electrical work that needs to be done and I will probably call them back to do it.

One guy had the work done and did a great job and everything went well. He was very professional and he came prepared, gave me the quote and did the job right away. The quote was very competitive.

Although Steve tracked a little mud into the house, it was forgivable since it was raining and snowing out. It was easily cleaned, so no problem. Steve explained everything he was doing and did his work quickly, professionally and cleaned up. The GFIs were installed with no issues. The motion sensor light can be a little persnickety but it looks good and works. Steve is a really good electrician and I will be calling again to get some more work completed.

They offered a really reasonable price. They did a really good job. They showed up on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They were $400 to $500 cheaper than most of the other companies I looked at.

Steve the electrician was on time, clean neat, explained new controls, answered all my questions and put all screws and bolts back were I stored them, areas was clean and picked up after completion of work.

It was a very straightforward process and did not take long.

They cleaned up the dust that came down while they were putting the hole in the ceiling.

They made a few corrections to make sure our house would pass a home inspection, because we are selling. They were very professional, efficient and courteous. I was very pleased, and will recommend them to friends as well as Angie's List. They were here for two hours and worked non-stop.

The electrician, GI, was very polite, and helpful. My problem is that I had used the company before, thought I was familiar with their rate structure, and had checked on the List before calling them again. When I called, I spoke with Ken, and told him that I had one small job (the fan) that I might as well get taken care of, and other possible future jobs that I was thinking of doing. I feel that it would have been the right moment for Ken to tell me that in addition to their $40/hour rate they have a $75 per job trip charge!!!!! Had I known about the trip charge, I would have waited to do the fan for a couple of months until I was ready to do the larger projects. I called and spoke with Ken, and he refused to adjust the price, and told me that it was my responsibility to ask about the trip charge. I will not be using this company again.

THEY SENT OUT TIM AND HE WAS FABULOUS! SO THOROUGH AND GOOD THAT WE REQUESTED HIM FOR THE SECOND TIME AROUND.

A TEAM OF TWO CAME, ASKED WHAT NEEDED DONE AND WENT TO WORK. THEY FINISHED AND CLEANED UP IN SHORT ORDER. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN (IN FACT, THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME I USED THIS COMPANY DUE TO A GOOD EXPERIENCE BEFORE).

VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. DIFFICULT AREA TO REACH -THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH VERY LARGE LADDER - TOOK TIME TO BE SURE THEY DID NOT SCRATCH BANISTER OR WALL. ASSEMBLED LIGHT AND DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL IT WAS PERFECT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

THERE WERENT ANY SURPRISES! THEY STUCK TO THE ESTIMATE AND GOT THE WORK DONE. THE ONLY ELECTRICIAN IVE EVER USED.

WORK NOT PERFORMED TO REQUESTED SPECS. DAMAGED PLASTER. MADE NO EFFORT TO CLEAN UP, AND NOT A GOOD ATTITUDE WHEN ASKED TO DO SO. SIMILAR RESPONSE FROM SUPERVISOR. CONTRACTOR CONVINCED THEM TO COMPLY.
