Countertop Surface Solution

We have used Countertop Surface Solutions twice and would not hesitate to use them again. Jerry, Ben, and their team are easy to work with and provide excellent communication. The custom quartz countertop solution to help us raise our existing bathroom vanity height looks amazing! And the black honed granite on our basement bar is stunning. There was a slight problem with one of the tops, but they immediately worked to make it right. We so appreciate a business who stands behind and takes pride in their work.

I have done several kitchen and bath projects with them. They have done a great job. They do what they say and clean up when done.

Service was excellent! I would definitely use them again in the future!

Project was 4 months behind due to other supplier delivering 4 broken tops over 4 months. 10 days after contacting Jerry we had a better product finished and installed. Couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish.

Every appointment time was kept, Jerry was excellent in giving us information on the various types of products. The entire process was easy and convenient and they were actually installed about a week ahead of what we anticipated. The installers were quick and efficient and cleaned up nicely, and the counter tops look fantastic. We would definitely recommend this company.

Jerry and his team were professional from start to finish. Every interaction was professional and prompt. The process was smooth and easy! His team was amazing- even with a 2 year old running around my house! They were very detailed, respectful and left my home clean and tidy when the job was complete. I could not have made a better choice and I am extremely happy with my entire experience from start to finish. No surprise charges and my project was quoted appropriately and explained in detail before a deposit was required.

They did a real good job. I thought it was a good price. Really, he showed up and he had a guy come in with a laser thing to measure it to get the exact measurements because it had to go around a window. This was on a Sunday. I guess he's really busy and this wasn't a real big job - it wasn't like putting in a big, new countertop for somebody, so he just did me a favor and worked it in. Sometimes it's hard to find countertop people - I guess they're busy and maybe they sort of just pick jobs that they want to do. He had a couple of people that worked for him. I would definitely hire him again.

The job went extremely well. Installers were at the door at promised time and after a small snag (not a fault of the installers) the work was done in a timely manner. They cleaned up quite well after install was done.

Here's how the process worked for our job. Jerry and I spent some time discussing the project via email up front. After that was done, I mailed in the deposit to get the job rolling. Jerry came on site after that to check my measurements. A couple of weeks later, Jerry's team did the installation. The guys were friendly, focused, and on time. The results are great and exceeded our expectations. It's a quality product, expertly installed at a fair price.

I was very pleased with the work that Jerry and his crew did! The countertop is absolutely beautiful, and the workmanship was excellent. They left the work site very clean when the job was completed. I would definitely call them again.

Just got an estimate. Was slow to get estimate back. Had us go to another company way out off Roberts rd to pick a color we liked. Never called to see if we had any questions about the estimate. Never heard from him again.

When we decided to replace our existing countertops, we contacted Jerry at Countertop Solutions to get an estimate. I had an idea of how much I wanted to pay and had planned on getting several estimates. Jerry promptly arrived with an estimate that was right in line with what I was expecting to pay. My wife and I were both impressed with Jerry and with how he covered every facet of what would take place with the project, including recommending improvements to certain details and features on the countertops. We were so much impressed, that I did not bother to obtain any other estimates and accepted Jerry's offer. After deciding to go with Quartz countertops and selecting the style that we wanted, we gave Jerry the go ahead to proceed. Although the project was delayed a couple of weeks by the Quartz manufacturer, Jerry continually kept us notified and up to date on of the status of the project. When the countertops were finally ready, they were quickly and efficiently installed by Jerry's crew. The quality of the workmanship and the countertops themselves were both top notch. We are thoroughly pleased with the whole process, and I would highly recommend Countertop Solutions!

I had a crack along the front of the kitchen sink. When I spoke with Ben he understood exactly what the problem was and appeared confident that he would be able to repair the crack and I scheduled a time for him and his crew to fix the issue. He cancelled 3 times before finally arriving to fix the issue. They were able to remove the steel bar that was causing the crack and attempted to repair the crack. However, upon closer examination we realized that the crack was still visible and the area where the repair was made had lost its shine which makes the repair even more visible. We have attempted to have Ben return and repair the area he refused and will not return our calls. I would not recommend this repairman for any additional work.

It went fantastic. This is one of many projects we've had and it went great. I've been using him three years. We are a full service remodeling company. Everything has always ran smoothly. Great people.

It went very well. The intallation was flawless and the quartz high quality. The plumber opted to use all new PVC piping for the new, deeper sink, rather than wrestle with our older pipes. They also installed a kitchen faucet. So the new plumbing was a perk over what we had expected. The whole process took only 3 hrs. The countertops look great.

First class all the way! The sales person brought samples and explained the process. We liked the quality of the product. The installers did an excellent job of installation AND clean up.

The entire process was painless and enjoyable. Ben came out on a Saturday (I work two jobs so my hours during the workweek are ridiculous) to measure and provide an initial estimate. I then went to The Granite Guy (where they knew my name when I walked through the door although they did not know when I was coming) and picked out the stone. About a week later, an individual from there came out and drafted the templates. Ben and his crew came the following Friday and installed the counters and sink. They were all polite, personable, and knowledgeable. Quite frankly, I enjoyed having them in my house--and as a single female nearing retirement age whose home repair/renovation knowledge is only dwarfed by my skills in those areas--I have sucker written all over my face. I am on guard when dealing with service providers. Ben quickly put me at ease. In short, I would have him back in a heartbeat and have already recommended him to a friend who is about to redo her kitchen. I am a teacher--and I never "give" grades; they are earned. BSC earned an A+ in all areas.

I could have not asked for better service and communication from BSC. From start to finish an above excellence job was completed. There are as professional and experienced as it comes. Communication is so important and I was given exact dates and times of estimation, laser measuring and installation. Everyone showed up right on time and worked super efficiently. Ben's expertise with granite was evident with exceptional attention to detail. I could not even determine where a seam was put on the countertop. The granite I ordered was beautiful and the finished product made me a very satisfied customer who would certainly recommend Ben and his crew to anyone. I could not be happier. BSC is awesome!
