+ -1 moreThey arrive, communicate the plan, ask for any special considerations, do the work, and then leave. I work from home, so sometimes I'm busy and I don't know they've left until an hour or so later. They get to work, get done, and go. We have a large home of over 3,000 square feet, and we have 6 indoor cats/dogs, but visitors don't know that when they walk in the door.
Description of Work: Casey and her Cosmo Clean team has worked for us for 2-3 years now, cleaning at least every other week. The price is reasonable, and they've done the best job of any of half a dozen cleaners we've hired over the years, that's why we're still using her services going into or beyond our 3rd year. She accepts special requests on the spot, though for large enough jobs at special request we'll plan them in advance, which makes sense. For hard clean areas, such as in bathroom showers, we do request that she use chemicals once every few months, which she will respectfully accommodate. However, she uses non-chemical products very effectively. Her team is comprised of compatible, intelligent people, and if I have the time during my work day while they're here, we'll engage in whatever conversation comes to mind. She's trustworthy; We've used Casey in 2 different homes, and she's had the key to both of them in our absence.

+ -1 moreI hired Casey and her team to clean my apartment using non-toxic, environmentally friendly methods. Casey is thorough and if you have a particular project for her to focus on you just let her know (like cleaning mini-blinds). They never let my cat out even though she can be sneaky. I 'd use her service again if I could afford it.
Description of Work: Green cleaned my two bedroom townhouse every two weeks.
