Description of Work: I tried using their website to get an estimate for repairing a camera. I filled out their online form twice, but never got a response. I called them, and found out they don't do repairs anymore, they ship cameras back to the manufacturer for repair. It appears none in Central Ohio does camera repair anymore. I'm not impressed that they have an online form that goes nowhere.

 + -1 moreIt went well. The woman in framing was great, helping me work out the framing and matting of a set of photos. The photo mounting turned out well. Only catch was one photo went missing temporarily (my name fell off the envelop), so I had to wait longer to get it back.
Description of Work: I got service in 2 departments. In photo finishing I had 3 large photos mounted on foam board. In framing I had 3 mats and 1 mat board cut.

 + -1 moreGood experience. Took 4 days (over a weekend). One slide was not duplicated, and so I had to return. But, they really screwed up the price of the 8x12'' prints. They way undercharged me; I think they charged me only the regular 4x6 print price. When I pointed that something was wrong to the clerk at pick-up, he said he rung it up exactly as the lab had written. So, he left it alone. Bargain for me!
Description of Work: Copied 62 slides and made 8x12'' copies of about 30 of the same slides.

 + -1 moreCORD CAMERA DEVELOPED MY FILM IN MATTE FORMAT, AND MY PICTURES CAME OUT THE WRONG SIZE AND SLIGHTLY BLURRY. I HAVE AN AUTO-FOCUS CAMERA, AND MY PICTURES USUALLY LOOK GOOD SO I WAS SURPRISED. THEY OFFERED TO DEVELOP THEM AGAIN AT NO COST TO ME. THEY ENDED UP DOING THEM IN GLOSSY FORMAT BECAUSE THAT IS THEIR STANDARD FORMAT, AND THEY THOUGHT THEY'D LOOK BETTER. I'M FROM NEW YORK CITY, AND I'VE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS GETTING FILM DEVELOPED IN MATTE FORMAT, AND MY PICTURES HAVE NEVER LOOKED THIS BAD. THEY WERE VERY NICE AT CORD CAMERA, BUT I THOUGHT IT WAS STRANGE THAT MATTE WAS AN UNUSUAL FORMAT FOR THEM. I'M GOING TO TRY ANOTHER NON-CHAIN FILM DEVELOPER IN THE FUTURE.
