 + -1 moreWe have called the owner and visited the showroom many times, but we were only given promises on when the remaining items would arrive. We were once told that they did not have a big enough order (ie, enough money) for the manufacturer to ship the items. We were originally promised that the items would be delivered in mid-to-late January, 2006. The price and workmanship of the table and chairs is great. They claim that they are doing everything that they can do to have the items shipped, but after nine months, and poor communication, we had no choice but to submit a lousy review.
Description of Work: Ordered six chairs, a table, a buffet and a china deck. Only the chairs and a loaner table were delivered. The initial pay was $1,125 with $1,116.75 due upon delivery of the new table, china deck and buffet. (have only paid them $1,125 so far). This was ordered in December of 2005 and we still do not have the remaining items. We have called several times and visited the store several times, but we have not received the items.
