They made 6 visits within a two month period with no results and decreasing customer service.

The provider arrived and sprayed the bed rooms. Explained the warranty. Service was professional and effective.

The service they did, it didn't get rid of everything but they came out two additional times at no additional cost.

The service provider (Robert) was wonderful. He was prompt and called before he arrived. We discussed my concerns and he answered all of my questions. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. This company has been around for 30 plus years and it is understandable why they came so highly recommended to me. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. There is also a warranty for their service and I truly appreciated his honesty and friendliness.

It was terrible. They first sprayed the whole building. Never checked to see if bed bugs was still there. We called again the next week. The problem with cooks is they sprayed but did not care if the bugs were gone. Some tenants had their apartments sprayed as much as 5 times. That tenant finally moved out because her baby was kicked out of daycare because they found a bed bug on her. The baby in another apartment kept getting bit. When we finally called cooks to see what we can do the office staff did not think it was important to tell anybody right away. Our bed bug problem was not there problem. They did a horrible job and most of all took our money and never cared if we were satisfied. As long as they had our money.

Very polite and cordial employees. Treated my home and pets with respect and made me feel comfortable. Felt I received all the value for the services that I paid for.

John was very nice, they did a wonderful job. They were $1500.00 under another estimate I received

The price was reasonable. I have used them couple of times and I have been very happy with them. They don't do a like a bunch of stuff, they do only what's necessary. They are very prompt; when they want to come out they come out and get the job done. If they have to come back out, sometimes because of the swing they do it, I can't remember with a reduced rate or free. They make sure everything is taken care of. They are upfront.

They are always prompt and very courteous. The guy is usually here when he says he will be, or he will call ahead otherwise. We have had the same guy come out every time for the last 18 years and he is great.

They did a good job. We haven't had them for a long time.

Once when I was having basement waterproofing done, Cook's Termite came out and retreated the soil, free of charge (part of the annual program). I could not be more happy with a company that takes its commitment to customers seriously.

We had used Cook's at our previous house and were very happy with their service. We decided that we needed a termite inspection and spraying at our new houme. Asked if the person who serviced our old house was available and he was. He has been with Cook's for 20+ years. He rememered us and our dog's name. Did the inspection and found no signs of termites. Sprayed the house for the common bugs we were starting to see. Have not had anymore bugs. Cook's is a very professional company and we will continue to have them inspect our house.

They are pretty thorough. They drill some holes to treat the ants, and put in some stuff to kill the ants. The inspector who came could find only the ants, and not the termites. They went around methodically searching each area to see where the bugs were and where they weren't. They only treated the areas if they found had anything in it. They were easy to work with.

It was fine. The process is loud because it involves drilling into the foundation, but it was thorough.

Cook's gave me the best price of any of the other companies I called. They came out within 2 days of my call and I felt they did a very thorough job.

They performed the services OK but, their front office staff is too difficult to work with. The gal that answers the phone was flat out rude on the phone regarding setting up for service. I got passed off to the owners daughter and got the impression I was wasting her time. She said the owner(her dad)is having some health issues and they are struggling to make ends meet. I suspect the business is on the verge of shutting down. Buyer beware. I went with another higher rated Angie's list company.

We had a termite inspection performed by another company who found carpenter bees at one home and carpenter ants at another home. We hired Cook's to do the treatment at both homes. The technician was friendly and the treatments were performed as scheduled. I didn't fill in the cost for the jobs since I am reporting about two different homes on one report, but it seemed fair and competitive.

Their price was very good. They were punctual with scheduling their time.

Service Tech was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what he was looking at and how we can correct any potential problems in the future. Cooks also worked with us to extend a warranty for several years, something other companies were not willing to do.

Fine overall. Inspection seemed so low key I wondered if he was just going through the motions.

Robert was on time, with a call 1/2 half hour before to let me know he was on his way.

This is a very reliable company. They are quick to catch evidence of new termite activity and prompt in dealing with the problem.
