Please everyone that is looking for a realtor avoid this mess. Todd was late to every appointment we had. He was even over 30 minutes late to the closing with my good faith money that was part of the closing. Of course the Closer was none too happy with him. He lied or was lazy through the entire time which took 4 months. There were delays with the title that were beyond his control but he would make up stories as to what was really happening. I finally had to investigate it myself to find out was really happening and getting the closing finished. He would email me one thing and then call and say something else and at times even say something else in person. He gave me the code to the house to get in and clean carpets, walls etc. He then of course denied that even though he told me the code one time over my speaker phone with other people around to hear it. If you ask why I stayed with him?? I wanted that house. And I had signed agreement before I knew he was incompetent.
