Condo Management of Columbus

Description of Work: Condo Management manages the condo association to which I belong. I have always found them to work diligently to manage and improve our area with the resources the condo association has available via our annual budget. I have been told by long term residents that Condo Management and in particular, our current epresentative, is by far the best management company we have contracted with.

Description of Work: I pay the Condo Association for Bishopsgate $260/month plus a recent $1,500 special assessment. I have an area directly in front of my condo which is bare of grass and molding. They are in charge of keeping the outside looking nice, but will not fix this area. They told me the area will not grow grass because it is in the shade, so I think they should place a mulch bed there or come up with a better alternative. I live in the newest condo in the development, so I know they have not used any of the fees I pay (since Dec 2012) on my areas. Also, I have reseeded many areas and hand watered until dead areas were looking great. The minute I stop hand watering, the grass dies because the sprinklers are so few and run very infrequently.
