They have always been very professional and helpful. I have a contract with them for 2 visits a year. They always send me reminders to set my appointments.

We have one individual that comes out to upgrade and check the furnace and all that. Scheduling is very easy. We have no major problems with them. They do a good job and we have one gentleman who came out to do this work and then he got promoted. Then we switched over to another person but this last check up that gentleman had a death in the family so we had another person come out from the same company and they did the checking and all the stuff that they do. I thought the company seemed to be very good. I probably would not go with any other company so far.

It worked all winter, and I didn't have any problems. Scheduling them is no problem, I just call them out. They'll contact me. I think they had contacted me too, I think. The furnace is still working and now I'm sitting here in the cool air conditioning.

They come twice a year. They do the air conditioning. So, they come in the spring to make sure the air conditionings okay. They'll come back again in the fall to make sure the furnace part is working okay. I think you pay for it by the year. I did a yearly contract. It's very good. They responded, so far everything's working. They're prompt. They're here when they say they'll be here. The workmen are pleasant.

I have to call them and get them booked for the Fall. They are a good company. They're honest. They don't try to slide anything over on you that you don't need for the job.

That was a good experience. I have no complaints. I can't state on the price because I just went with them because I wanted to work with them and got top of the line. I'm sure I could've done better somewhere else. I never had any problems with it.

The installers arrived on time and installed the new a/c in less than 3 hours. The problem started when I asked for a receipt for my credit card payment. The installer said I needed to call my salesperson. I called Kurt the next day and he said he would have the accounting dept. send one out within a couple of days. A month passed and no response. I then sent a letter to the general manager asking for the receipt. As of this date still not receipt. I've always believed that a job is not finished until the paper is done. Thus this job is not finished.

We've been dealing with them for 30 years.

All work went well. Had an issue last summer of mold smell from registers but this was taken care this trip at no additional cost and no issues since.

I had them come out to service the air conditioner and they told me that it the heat exchanger was iffy and that's why I got an estimate. I had 3 estimates and they were by far the most expensive. I chose not to use them because of the price. There was just 1 guy for the estimate.

I have used them and gotten coupons through Angie's List for service. I have used them several times for that I have also had them give me an estimate on a new furnace and air conditioner. They told me that the heat exchanger was getting old so that is what prompted me to get an estimate. The price was good because I had a coupon. The quality was fine.

Yes, I would call them up and use them again.

I'm on a maintenance contract with them. It's always accurate. The price is fair. It's what they said it would be. The workers were great, they're great! They're very professional, and I'm happy to have them in my home. You never knew they were here. It's nothing they could improve on, and they do top-notch work.

The team that I worked with were excellent. The salesman John took time to explain everything to me, provided me with several options, offered his insight into what was right or not about our house. Even indicated what would be a waste of money if I purchased it. The install team was even better. They called about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Josh and Tyler worked well as a team and installed the complete system in less time than they expected. They took time to explain operation and even some of the installation to me. The system was installed 2 weeks ago, and has worked flawlessly, as I would expect. My wife was skeptical of the extra money I invested, but on the first day, she was very happy with how cool our house was. I highly recommend Columbus Worthington Air.

Guy was friendly. The cover was snapped of fuse box area on the furnace by them and never replaced . So that wasn't nice . Told us about a discount program they have . Still was pricey for the total bill .

The price was covered under the warranty that we purchased from them. We've used them multiple times. There were three different people that came out to do the work.

They usually call and say it's time. It was Julian. It's glued to the side of the furnace and each one of them puts their name and what they did. I wouldn't call them back if I didn't really like them and I didn't appreciate the work that they do.

I pay a yearly maintenance fee. It's usually one person that comes out. I have an outside unit and they check inside and outside. They leave the area very clean. They always wear booties. They're prompt and I feel safe and that my units will continue to work.

I mean when you have a 3-month old infant and it was one of those 90-degree weeks and they're doing everything that they can to get that installed, so. We've been with them for at least 6 years or better; actually better than that.

We've used them for quite a few years. They do it, you know, before the heat comes on or before the A/C comes on. Nate did it. It's a contract; yearly. You just sign up for it and they come out and do it. On price I don't have any comparison. We've always been good with their service. They came out 6 years ago and replaced the A/C and got it done the very day because we had an infant here at that time. So they've just always given us excellent service. It's hard to shop around when you like who you have. On quality, they've always been A as far as I was concerned. Each gentleman that comes is more than willing to explain things. I never have any problems with them. They're always respectful of your property and everything. They're very good is all I can say. I would give them A on every issue.

I think they're fair, reasonable. It's been working so far. They explained everything very well. They were only here for one day. I don't remember how long it took them but it was just one day.
