Columbus Worthington Air

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They said it was running but not at capacity. They gave recommendations but they didn't make me try to buy and they didn't pressure me. They were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I got an estimate but I didn't have the money at that time. I would possibly use them again.

It was a very pleasant experience. He did everything he was supposed to do and even put booties on his shoes to protect the floor. I have no complaints.

I was happy to see that Columbus Worthington Air has technicians available 7 days a week (of course our air conditioning went out on Labor Day Sunday.) They dispatched a technician who called ahead to let me know his arrival time. He checked the systems and discovered the problem. He did not have the part (it was a large fan motor) but contacted the main office to order for me. Early Tuesday morning they called to let me know that they had the part and a service technician could come right away. Ryan came to our home, inspected both systems, replaced the fan motor and also gave me some additional information to improve efficiency. I had a great experience with this company, both Chad and Ryan were great, and I would highly recommend.

He did routine service on the unit and found when the home was built that the nit was not installed properly, therefore it has not been running to capacity, he also detected a leak. Will be using them again yearly to do routine service on the unit.

They found that there was a leak in my air conditioning unit condenser and I ended up replacing the furnace and the air conditioner which I probably would not have done but anyway, it is brand new and it just seems to be working fine. I did not spend any more than the big deal on the day that came out and provided the tuneup. They were very courteous. The guy who originally came was extremely nice. They seem to have a good reputation because I mentioned them to my brother-in-law who has been in the carpeting business and he knew of them and said that they were good. I probably should just have checked around more for the pricing than I did. I hope I have gotten my heating and cooling system fixed and would not have to use them again but I would use them again if necessary.

I was not too happy with them. I have two A/Cs that I had them work on. Other companies had serviced them in the past. He said both needed coolant added. One of the units was more expensive to add coolant because the unit was older. The other AC is only about 2 years old and he said it also needed coolant. I thought the cost of the coolant was excessive. I had never had any issues with this second unit. I was not sure if the units actually needed coolant. He also replaced the furnace filters. The old filters were ripped apart and just thrown on the floor which I thought was unprofessional. I felt like I was taken advantage of on extra work added onto the Big Deal I had purchased.

The person was very nice but a little pushy in trying to sell me a annual service contract. He told me my unit was in good shape but was really dirty, and he cleaned it for me, however, when I looked at the unit after he left I seen that there was still debris in and around the fan. I'm not sure what was actually done. The air conditioner still works like it did before the visit. I am not going to purchase an annual service contract from Columbus Worthington Air, because I am not comfortable doing so.

Cleared a clogged line. The fix was around $30 when I could have easily been charged much more.

They did a great job. We will use them again.

The Waterworks had an Angie's deal available. I called them at 614-25-Drain, set up an appt. They came when they said they would, giving me a call to alert me that the teck was on his way. He put booties on to protect the carpet (I am always impressed when professions care about your having to clean up after them!), talked me through what was being done, and gave me options. I am very pleased with the service and happy with my new Insinkerator. Thanks, Dan!

An appointment for the estimate was scheduled promptly. This was crucial, as our A/C unit stopped working on the hottest week of the year. The price was reasonable and installation was also prompt. Everyone I was in contact with was very professional. I will continue to use Columbus Worhington Air for any future service.

They did a good job. It was very warm in our home fue to the A/C being out he did great in the heat as well.

Report was poor...hand written in sloppy tech language I could not understand No recommendations in report for bringing unit up to better operating condition Had to call at least three times to get understanding of what report meant to me

They did the service, but found something that needed to be repaired and couldn't handle it due to our home warranty. They gave us excellent advice on how to save money for that repair.

Person was courteous, on time, and very professional. He told me everything he would be doing, and explained things in detail. At the end, he went over everything he had found, which was nothing major. I was very pleased that he did not try to sell me any other services; he just did what was planned.

Worker was very thorough and he explained what he was doing at every step and answered all my questions in a very pleasant manner. This was an A.L. special and was an excellent value.
