I was surprised that someone answered the phone and was very responsive. It seemed that if this were an emergency, there was someone to talk to at all time. When the technician came several days later, he was very professional and did an excellent job putting the humidifier in the HVAC and explaining thoroughly how it works.

It went very well. They were very polite and laid rugs down to protect my carpet when they were carrying there tools in and out. Thanks

I purchased the Big Deal for furnace cleaning and inspection. The service person was friendly and explained the issue he found and my options. The only negative is I requested the first appointment on a Saturday morning and the scheduler said that arrival time was "guaranteed". A few minutes after the arrival time the service person telephoned to give me an estimated time of arrival. Their definition of 'guaranteed" must differ from mine.

The gentleman who came to the house was polite and easy to talk with. He came in, I showed him the furnace, and he went right to work. After he did a short visual examination he opened the furnace up and checked the furnace more fully. When he was done he gave me a verbal summary of what he found and what he recommended doing. In my case, the furnace was in good working order and didn't need any work. It definitely made me feel better to have someone come out and tell me that.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was fine. I had not problem with them. They came. They were on time. Everything has worked fine. I had no problems with my furnace all winter so I guess whatever they did was wonderful. It was a very nice gentleman. I felt very comfortable having him come into the house and work on it. It was just fine. I had not problems whatsoever. He told me some things, the condo was new to me and he told me things I didn't know. I didn't know that my furnace was new. That gave me a lot of peace of mind, it was wonderful to know that. He even showed me things that I was doing wrong like putting the filter in, he was very helpful.

The man was very good. Did a complete job.

I came in after he had completed the inspection. He suggested that I might consider a more efficient furnace.

They checked out the furnace and did what they said they'd do. It didn't take long to schedule the appt.

They were on time and did a good job. Would use them again.

They came out the same evening. I was really pleased with the technician and their response time. They came within 2 hours of contacting them and on a night it was below zero. I was really pleased with their work.

We got their name from Angie's List. Gave them a call and made an apt. for a salesman to come out on February 17 at 9:00 a.m.. I called them at noon and they said the said the salesman never arrived. They explained they had a new messaging system and they were sorry. They sent the salesman out that afternoon. We bought their services and products. We scheduled them for the install for Wednesday 02/26. On Tuesday (02/25) we did not get a call telling us what time to expect them. So at 5:00 p.m. we called them and left a message, and did not get a reply until the next day. The next day they called and said they were on their way. The two workers that came they were very nice and did a good job.

Our furnace was making a strange noise. We called Friday at about 5 pm and made an appointment for Saturday between 2 and 5 on one of those minus 0 degrees F nights. Our furnace died at 10 pm Friday night. They had someone at our house by 11 pm and he stayed and put in the new blower (which he had in his truck!) until the job was done. The service person was friendly and competent. We were immensely relieved and woke up to a warm, comfortable house on Saturday, thanks to their wonderful service. Also, they did not charge extra for the late hour!

Within an hour and a half a sales rep was in my living room explaining the options I had. We purchased a furnace and air conditioner that day. Installation followed the next week and the technicians could not have been more professional, clean and quick. I will definitly use them in the future.

They did what they came to do. Everything was fine.

Company was very courteous. Easy to schedule appointment and technician was on time. Technician seemed knowledgeable and showed me all the findings from his inspection.

I appreciate their communication and did not try to upwell on anything. Price is for year round plan which includes winter and summer start up.

i cannot say enough nice things about Brian, Jamie, Robert and his assistant (sorry i can't remember his name). all five men took time to explain to us what we needed and why and how to use the new furnace and AC. the furnace and AC were installed in less that 24 hours of our call. it is a pleasure to write a review for Columbus Worthington Air.. this is a five star + company.

The technician arrived in a timely manner, was courteous and helpful.

I was very pleased with the service and the technician. He walked me through what he was doing and informed me of things that will need my attention in the near future (i.e. to be replaced). The ignition source is the item that needs to be replaced, but it will most likely get us through the rest of this winter. During this process I got an education on how my furnace works. I loved it, because I always love to learn. Then the technician noted the pricing structure to replace the ignition source. There were many options available that included purchasing a service plan to using their online coupon (without a service plan). PLEASE NOTE: There was no pressure what-so-ever to replace the part or purchase a service plan. We strategized together various pricing scenarios on replacing the part. Finally after 2 weeks, I decided to sign up for one of their service plans. Then again, I am a person who has always had a service plan, but let the last one laspe so this was a no-brainer for me. I am looking forward to working with these folks in the coming year since the service contact includes a tune up for the A/C and the furnace for next winter.

I am soooooooo grateful that he replaced my ignitor especially with this crazy Winter weather. What a life savor. They also involved me in everything. I was very appreciative of that :) I will definitely have them back to inspect my air conditioner.

The technition was very informative and thorough checking out my furnace. He even noticed an issue with a vented pipe on my water heater that could have resulted in carbon monoxide leaking in my house and fixed it on the spot. I couldn't be happier with their service and would recommend this company to anyone.

The gentleman who did the work was excellent! He was professional, informative, and friendly. He was more than happy to explain what he was doing - although I afraid most of what he said was not retained! He also cleaned the humidifer parts that hold the humidifer filter. I used The Big Deal for $59.00. The filter was an additional $30.00. I was very pleased with the results!

Our old Lennox furnace failed on Friday Evening, 2-7-2014. We contacted CW Air early Saturday, 2-8-2014, at about 7:15 AM, preceded by an earlier email. The called back within the hour and a service tech was at our house by 12:15 PM. He checked things out and got the old furnace giving heat, but noted that it could fail any time. He was very helpful and set-up an appointment by 3:00 PM for CW Air to give us an estimate on a new heating/cooling system. A very knowledgeable Tye Johnson came out and we ordered new system. On Sunday, 2-9-2014, our old furnace failed again. We called Tye Johnson again, and he moved up our install from Tuesday (2-11-2014--my original request), to Monday, 2-10-2014, the very next day! This was great! The two tech/installer that came out Monday, 2-10-2014, were fantastic. They did an amazing job. They worked from 8:45 AM to 7:00 PM, 10 hours straight, till the entire job was done, and our heat was back on. They cleaned everything up, had drop cloths, go rid of all the old furnace, heat pump, pipes, etc. They showed us all the new equipment and how to use it. They put in extra gravel under the pad for the AC unit outside to make sure that it was level (something implied in my conversation with Tye Johnson, but not explicitly written down in the work order.) This company just knows that such details are important. Everyone we dealt with at Columbus Worthington Air was first rate. We will most definitely use this company again, as we have signed up for their semi-annual service and maintenance of the new system.

The operator lady is very friendly even it is late. I feel sorry that I had to call someone such late but I got two young kids home, and it was a very cold winter night. The lady asked my name, address, cell phone etc., and told me to wait for a tech named Steve to call me. I waited for about half an hour, but no one called. So I called the lady again, and confirmed my number is correct, and she asked me to wait for the call. 2 hours later, still no call. It is too late to call another contractor then. I wished they called me even they do not wish to come out during mid-night! But no, they did not. Just pretend it did not happen. This is really not Responsive and Professional! If you claimed that you worked 24/7, you have to keep your promise. Otherwise, it is misleading! I will never use this contractor in the future.
