Description of Work: I CONTACTED COLUMBUS-WORTHINGTON AIR TO SEE ABOUT GETTING THE AIR DUCTS IN MY HOME CLEANED. I TOLD HER THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY ANGIES LIST. THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH (KAREN) ASKED ME SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT HOW OLD MY HOME WAS, HOW OLD MY FURNACE, IF I HAD ANIMALS, ETC. SHE INDICATED I PROBABLY DID NOT NEED TO HAVE THE JOB DONE YET. I THINK IT'S UNUSUAL WHEN A COMPANY TRIES TO SAVE YOU MONEY. I TOLD HER I APPRECIATED IT, AND THAT I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL COLUMBUS-WORTHINGTON AIR IN A COUPLE OF YEARS WHEN I DID NEED THIS SERVICE.
