Columbus Worthington Air

It was $85 for the service call and $150 for the part.

That was two months ago in January of 2017. What stood out to me was that they were courteous, nice and clean about their work. They were all around good.

We used Columbus Worthington Air to install a new heating and air conditioning unit. It was a big job with the furnace and the A/C. The old was like 15 years old. They came out pretty quick because our furnace wasn't working, had issues or something. They were out here in 40 minutes. They are right on time with the punctuality.

It all went very well, will certainly consider using again in the future

We used Columbus Worthington Air and have a service agreement with them. We have had the agreement for years. They're pretty good to me and if I need them I just call, message or whatever. It was covered under warranty.

Yearly maintenance contract, they are great.

They always do a great job for us. They did service us after midnight on Christmas Eve before. This service took between 1/2 hour and 1 hour.

They were wonderful! We will be suing them again.

They've been great, we've been with them for a few years. They have very fast response time. We have a service contract with them and they installed a new furnace for us about a year and a half ago.

We had an old furnace that needed to be replaced and it eventually died and they installed a new one. They have been terrific.

One person came out to complete it. It took about an hour. They left the area very clean. They are very conscientious and clean. We've had no problem since we started working with them.

I buy the premium package and it's two hundred and thirty nine dollars a year and then that allows you to call them at anytime during an emergency, on a holiday and then they will come out and service you and that also includes them coming out twice a year they like to come in the spring and the fall to check your air conditioning in the spring and in the fall they check your furnace.

I've got the service agreement contract where they come out twice a year for furnace and air conditioner also. I've used them for a long time.

My furnace went out so I had to get a new one. I think it was a couple of workers and it took a few hours.

Great experience would definitely use again

Very happy with the quality of work, the technicians that did the installation, and the equipment that was installed. In and out in 1 day.

One person completes the job and they get it done in a fair amount of time & get to me in a fair amount of time.

They are really good and careful how to enter and leave the house. Good value for your money. They call and remind you it is time for check up. They will call and let you know if they will arrive late. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Technician came and checked the furnace and told the circuit board was gone and it needs to get replaced and gave the quote for 1500 $.

The cost of service was free. It was warranty. There was one worker that came out and it took him about half-an-hour to complete the service. He left the work area very clean.

Everything went smoothly. We started by hiring them to inspect our furnace. Then we had a salesperson come and provide info about new furnace and A/C. We were provided with options from which we selected. Then, technicians came to install the furnace and A/C. All employees we interacted with were very professional and performed their jobs as expected.

The service man came when I expected him. He explained what was wrong with the old furnace and that it was beyonds its years. That evening a salesman came to the house, when expected. He explained all the options we had. He was very knowledgable. We arrange installation about 4 days later. We could have gotten the furnace the next day, but it was not convient. We set a day and time that worked best for us. The installers also showed up when we expected them. They were considerate about keeping the work area and entry way clean. They removed all old pieces. They were very polite. I was surprised there was little loud banging. They were mindful that I didn't want our cats to get outside.
