We have a service contract with them, so they come in the spring and fall to check everything.We're happy with them. Last year they replaced the furnace and a couple of years before they replaced the air conditioner, and they did the whole system last year.

It took about two hours to complete service.

He was very nice, professional down to earth with having a big purchase. Shared several options and explained each in detail. Was able to add a humidifier and stay within my price range. The service won't be installed for a week so they lent me a window AC of no charge.

It took a half a day. The left the area clean and picked up after themselves. I think it was two workers maybe.

I think they have like a package deal that's maybe close to $500 a year that includes the two maintenance calls for the year.

Everything was fine. Nothing that I remember. They came and did their thing, and it was fine. The big deal price was excellent.

Yes, I would use them again in the future. It was all good. The area was very clean when they were done. One person came out to do the service. He was fluent in explaining everything he had done. It took him a couple of hours to complete the work.

In order for the warranty to be honored, I had to speak to managers for them to authorize the warranty. This was surprising as the sales person had already put down that it was under warranty. In order to even ask for scheduling for a technician, I had to pay slightly over $200 prior to being able to schedule the appointment - this payment was just for labor, as parts were covered by the warranty. This was the fee despite us having a Preventative Maintenance Service contract with the company. The technician did a great job installing the A/C, but it took him about an hour. I believe that the Preventative Maintenance Service contract is not worth, as it did not allow us to find out earlier about the possibility to replace the thermostat under the warranty, and while Worthington Air has always been very polite and attentive to our needs while we paid, this started not being the case as soon as we needed something under the warranty.

I have had very good service. We have a contract with them. Their price is better than another company. I think they're all too much, but at least it is better than some. Compared to some of the other companies we have had, they are reasonable priced. Also, they give good service. Our contract is per year. That includes a spring examination or check out and a fall check out. Matter of fact, they installed the air conditioner and furnace a couple of years ago. We are lucky enough to have one of their techs live four miles away. We are usually the first on their list. They also call ahead too and everything. They are good at that. They know their stuff. This is the second year we have gone with their contract.

They replaced my A/C system in spring on 2016. They also checked out my furnace. I would use them again in the future. I would rate them as an A.

They're really good, we are really happy with them. We thought the price was reasonable and we are happy with them.

They have been doing service for me for 2 years. Scheduling was very easy, I believe the most recent time, I just did it online. Communicating with them and tackling was very professional. I had no complaints at all.

I've always been under the adage if it's not broken, don't fix it. We replaced the furnace five or six years ago, but the air conditioner's gonna have to ... one of these days. It's an old system that's been running for, let's see, twenty-nine years now, so it was a good system when we got it and it's been very ... we got it when my wife was pregnant with our first child, which was a godsend, let me tell ya. When you have a baby in the middle of the Summer, that's fun and games, I'm sure you know. We definitely had to have that system. I don't think they're overcharging me by any means. They told me exactly when they were gonna be here and how long they would be, and so on and so forth. It was easy to plan my day around it. I mean, some of these people, they tell ya well we'll be there on Tuesday, and I go when on Tuesday? Well we'll be there in the morning, and they show up at 1:30 in the afternoon.They were very good. They installed a new furnace system. I don't remember when they put that in; I think it was 2011. It was an interesting thing. These guys were tearing out the old one and they were getting ready to put in the new one, and she called me and she says make sure they put in the quietest one they have, and they ended up having to go back and get another furnace to put in. They were pretty understanding on that one.

I think they are probably about the best. I have had good experience with them. I know that they have an annual agreement as part of the contract, it?s $239 a year. We have a premium service and that gives you unlimited service visits ahead of other customers, and you have annual inspections twice a year with it. Their price is competitive. I trust them. They generally are there when they say they are going to be. I will continue using them for a while, while we have our contract. I think the best thing to do if you can afford it, is to get their premium plan that includes the necessary visits at the one price and it guarantees that they come and see you ahead of others. In this area when we had a storm and the heat and the electricity were effected, they took care of our problem rather than the people who were just calling that had never used them before; because they are required to if you have the premium service. I think that was worth it.

They were good on the emergency calls. They got out here even though they had a heavy schedule, it was one of those really cold days out here. It was at or below zero and a lot of people’s furnaces had broken down. It wasn’t any cost to us except for the visit, because we had the annual contract, that is why I emphasize that’s the one.

I'm not sure of the cost of the install. They had just done it in a timely fashion, they cleaned up after themselves. Their scheduling is excellent. They were punctual . They were here one day. They're good across the board, nothing to improve.

We have a maintenance contract. As across the board. They find issues and they're taken care of before the season begins. Their scheduling is easy. They came out within a week. They're wonderful. We're still using them.
