+ -1 moreThe initial installation was done in a timely manner. My windows came with a lifetime warranty. After a little over three years the inside window pane of my picture window developed a crack coming from under the frame. According to the warranty I received from Vista I was to call Columbus for repair. I have tried calling Columbus Window Company for over a month; no one every answers their phone. I have left my number and the reason for my call and yet I received no reply. As per written warranty Vista Windows said that if unable to contact the contractor to contact them for repair. I have called Vista and was told since Columbus Window Company is still one of their customers they would have to repair the window. I explain that Columbus Window Company has failed to return telephone call. I was told by Tia Rollins that she would get with Columbus Window Company and get back with me. It has been over a week and I am still waiting. It appears that they warranty given by Columbus Window / Vista is not worth the paper it is written on since they fail to return calls.
Description of Work: Columbus Window replaced all the windows in my home with double pane windows (Vista was manufacture).

+ -1 moreI purchased an old house from the 1930's with old windows. Some of the windows I couldn't open. I decided to replace all the windows also in order to make the house more energy efficient. Work was done professionally and efficiently. I was stressed with time as I need to leave for a vacation and the work was completed according to my time schedule.
Description of Work: replaced 20 old windows with new double hung windows

+ 0 moreOur windows in the rental property were very inefficient ,hard to open or close. We needed weather efficent windows so we chose this company. They have a good product and installed the windows in a timely manner. The installer came when he said he would and all went as was contracted for.
Description of Work: We had this company come in and replace 11 windows on the first floor. This is a rental property. We replaced the upstairs windows in 2011.
