I purchased a new home that had severe algae growth on the roof and several items (per the inspection) that needed to be repaired before I could close. Columbus Roofing was working on the roof when I stopped by the house to check on the status. The gentleman on the roof (although young) was working h****** cleaning off the algae and cleaning years of organic matter out of the gutters. When he stopped for a quick chat, he told me he was the owner's son. He was polite and very helpful with lots of roof information. Additionally, he cut away several tree limbs that were banging into the gutters and hitting the roof. The seller paid to have this service completed, so I don't know how much the final bill was. I just know I am extremely pleased with Columbus Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Cleaned and serviced the roof of a home I was purchasing.
