I was looking to purchase ant spray for rental properties. They carried the product that I wanted; however, their retail price was much more than I wanted to pay. I found the product on-line. The owner/clerk was extremely helpful with informing me as to how to identify different ants and with treatment spray is best.

They were right on time. They solved the problem.

The first treatment didn't get all of them, so the provider came back as promised and did a second treatment at no charge. The second treatment did the trick.

Lonnie and AJ came to the house and placed bait traps. They then followed up with two visits 10 days apart. Problem appears to be resolved, no further signs of mice.

Excellent job! Courteous, prompt and professional. I have used them twice now, once for a bird nest and another time for removing a live bird from my dryer area.

They are willing to just give me advice but when they do something, it's always the least awful solution. They never try to push anything on me that I don't need. I haven’t used them for a long time. I always use them when I need them. They have always been very happy to come. The first time I used them was probably ten years ago. The gentleman there is very knowledgeable, very personable and very friendly. He is just an all around nice guy and he knows his stuff. They only spray the least obnoxious chemical because I have animals, so they are very thoughtful about that. He explained about carpenter ants and carpenter bees. I had carpenter bees at that time. He did not spray for those. They are great in terms of punctuality and responsiveness if I needed to call them back for anything. They are reasonably priced. I have not gotten other estimates. The quality of their work has been pretty good. I live in a yard with nine trees and lots of mulch and I’ve not had to call them back for carpenter ants. I would definitely use them again in the future.
