Steve did an excellent job just using long poles and fresh wiper blades, no ladders. I was surprised and pleased that he was able to work without ladders on my two-story waterfront residence. He used a bronze wool pad to clean off insect and other residue. I would hire him again.

The 2 workers showed up early after confirming with me that it was OK. They did a good job of cleaning the windows and screens. Some of the outside sills were especially dirty and they cleaned them thoroughly. Workers were friendly and respectful of my property.

Went well. They were here 2-1/2 hours and did a fine job. Did the garage windows, too. I have Pella windows which means they had to take the inside storm windows out, removed the grids, and clean storm and also inside and out so it was a bit more than most homeowners would pay, but it's what I wanted and needed. Nice job. Professional.

We have a large old tudor home with over 55 windows- 45 consist of hand crafted lead glass with individual panes and custom glass storm windows. This is a complicated and fussy project- numerous little diamond panes need to be hand washed. Steve returned my call promptly and did an in-person walk through, was not fazed by all the lead windows, and his quotation was reasonable. He scheduled us when I asked, and they did a fantastic job. Our windows are perfect, they are bright and have never looked better. We will definitely contract Columbus Metro in the future.
