The salesman was on time for the scheduled appointment. He was knowledgeable about the product and gave me other ideas for other projects. The installer was nice and cleaned up after himself when he left. I was very pleased from the beginning to the very end of this project. Go with this company, you won't be disappointed!

Everyone was helpful and explained the process well. The installer called me to the basement to review his progress and explained the next step. He covered my washer and dryer to protect them and cleaned up when he was finished. I would hire them again.

All of the staff was very professional, from office staff to sales to installer. They are very customer oriented and make sure you know exactly what is going on. The installer did a great job of cleaning up after the install, too.

The technician from Columbus Glass Block was fast, friendly and efficient. The window was done in no time at all, and he even gave me some suggestions and recommendation for the rest of the house that didn't sound like he was trying to upsell!
